We came in to the hotel with no expectation. and Maybe that is why we are so impressed by this hotel. The designs are beautiful. We got the michael jackson room while my other group of frens got upgraded to the Arabian room. We all agreed that MJ room was better. Perfect for couples getaway. Breakfast was surprisingly generous. each day, the kitchen can make you fresh american breakfast or sandwich or nuggets. you can also help yourself with the breakfast buffet (juice coffee tea toasts cereals. όλα τα σχόλια »
This hotel staff were some of the nicest i have met on any of my travels. Every morning I were greeted by smiles and any request I had accommodated within within a few minutes. Staff always ready to give advise and recommendation as where to do and things to do. Rooms are nice and because the hotel is new, they were super clean. Breakfast was also very nice, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate me as a vegetarian. I had some problems with very noisy neighbors on each side of my ro.
The staff were so lovely and always had a smile! The location was good and the room was stunning, just like the pictures. We even got upgraded, which was fantastic!! The breakfast was really good and the lunch was also good value and delicious! We were given orange juice with our lunch for free as well, which is a nice touch. The staff were very helpful when booking taxi's and I needed to Fedex something, which they sorted out and just charged to my room, which saved me loads of hassle.
small and nice Hotel in 5 minutes walking distance to Time Square, perfectly located if you like to go to City Center. Hotel has even a free shuttle bus to Twin Towers. People at front desk very helpfull. I arrived in the morning at 9am, no problem to get the room without extra charges.
Hotel is new, rooms are modern, clean, good bed, good breakfast, good wifi, good value for Kuala Lumpur. Really nothing to complain.
We had the Elvis themed room - huge bedroom, beautifully decorated and worth the extra cost to be in a themed room. Staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, even packed us a takeaway breakfast when we left at 4am for the airport. 5 minutes walk away from Times Square, where there is a free shuttle bus to the Petronas Towers and other sights. Would definitely recommend.
Personnel was really friendly and upgraded us right in the beginning to
a bigger room. The free shuttle service also brought us to a place in kl
for which it usually doesnt provide service for. The rooms were very
quiet, nice and clean. The breakfast was great, with fruits, eggs,
cereals, croissants, little pieces of cake, salad, rice and noodles.
Alltogether very recommendable!.
Trendy room design and spacious. The staff are very helpful and
friendly. Stayed for 2days 1night which only cost sgd $65 include
breakfast. I'm amaze with their tip-top service and served with
delicious breakfast that comparable with 5stars hotel. The hotel itself
provide shuttle bus to time square, klcc and kl central. Definitely will
stay at this hotel again.
All staffs are super friendly and helpful - ask any favor and sure they will help you. Housekeeping are very honest - no item missing after housekeeping done. Hotel room are clean, neat and comfortable with exclusive design - we stayed at the blossom theme room. Breakfast was so good - american breakfast, the salad is the best. Buffet was nice.
I stayed at 25 oct for 2 days. Location is good you can reach berjaya time square in 3 minutes walking and you can take the monorail to anywhere in the city, clean and new hotel , room decoration is great and quiet and comfort rooms and great bathroom design and nice staff.
The hotel is new, so the the rooms and facilities don't look worn out at all. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast really good. The themed room (underwater world) was very clean and the wifi signal strong, no issues at all. It all comes for an inexpensive rate.
Very nice and stylish hotel, very supportive and friendly personnel,
fair rate, not far from public transport as well as shopping,
restaurants etc. (5 min by foot to Imbi monorail station with all its
surrounding shopping centre(s), restaurants).
New hotel (2013), great and stylish decor, immaculate ,fantastic staff, free shuttle service to almost anywhere reasonable. Good food, restaurants nearby, 500 meters from Time Square market / Monorail. Would we stay again , definetly YES.

Breakfast was delicious. We were spoit for choices and the buffet spread was well layed out.
We stayed at the fairytale suite and loved it. Stayed in many 5 stars and six stars but the experience was amazing here. Amazing internet very helpful n friendly staff. Loved it to the core.
Staff were really helpful. Went out of their way like I haven't seen anywhere. Everyone was friendly. Such good training of everybody from cook to doorman and receptionists.

wifi wasnt very good. But we bought local sim for 15-20 rm with unlimited 3g. so that didnt bother me.
The location is very dodgy. we walked to the hotel from berjaya timesquare for bout 5-10mins, we passed thru several quiet dark alleys and even through a burnt down building.
if you can, get a taxi, but make sure you get ur gps ready coz not many taxi knows where to find this place as well.
Where the hotel is located is a bit run down, so the view around it is a bit strange! Also, as it is new, make sure you take the hotel card as the taxi drivers don't know where it is.
a lot of rooms have no window, but it is not a reason why I wouldn´t go to this hotel.
The only thing that was not that nice might have been the location which
is not that pretty. But its close to the train and the Big Shopping
complex Times Square.
Shuttle timing very limited. Only twice a day which is 10am & 3pm.
It will take 15mins to walk to time square from hotel.
Location is not quite stratergic, but if you are a prefer-to-walk person, you'll be alright. Berjaya Times Square is around 10 minutes walk. Then you can continue to BB Plaza, Low Yat, Lot 10, Pavilion, Star Hill Gallery etc. Room has a bit thin wall - you can hear other sound from your next room. Bathroom shower hose sometimes make a sound, but it's not a big issue.

You can hear the sound from other rooms (showers), but that was a minor issue. The free shuttle doesn't run on the weekends, that should be improved. Our room had a chemical/plastics smell, probably because it is so new.
Though the hotel is located quite central its entrance is in a side
alley which may appear at night a little bit unsafe.

1. Hotel should provide room slippers as the floor was freezing.
2. Safe box should have instructions for guests to follow.
3. Food Menu should be placed in all rooms as that will encourage guests to patronise the cafe.

The location is alittle out of it but the metro is only a 5-10minute walk away so wasn't really a problem. Also, a very small problem, but there was a really bad smell in the corridor!.
a) Not all drivers know the street Jalan Baba, cause this a very small lane and so many small lanes behind main road Jalan Pudu. You'd better let driver call hotel front desk before you lost yourself in this area.

I hate to think that we are leaving the hotel that soon. It such a great place to stay while holiday in Kuala Lumpur.
No window in the room. Not a big problem but it's good to see the light in the morning.
Parking area is limited.
Bathroom is the biggest problem. Shower tray is shallow and has poor inclination and drainage - so almost all the bathroom is wet after even brief shower (at least in room 307).
Hotel is located a little too far from metro stations, bars/restaurants and shopping malls. So you hafta walk there about 10 mins by not-so-pictorial streets (good if you like to watch real local life, bad if you don't).
In short: this hotel is ok for 50-60 USD, not the option for greater price.
The bathroom of 2 bed room is the most stupid design I have ever
experienced. Get everything mess after taken a shower. Fake adv pic --No
goldfish bowl in the room.
