This is a Budget Hotel located centrally in Kota Bharu just across the street from a modern shopping center and close to the main attractions.
wifi is available at all rooms for free，and rooms are clean.
Clean and tidy, good value for money.
The place is close to KB Mall, only 20 meters, so it's easy for you to find foods.

Works as a stop over for one night while in transit for Perhentian Islands.

Though the room was big and clean but there was a musty smell in it when we arrived, a trip across the road for a plug in air freshener sorted the problem.
check in is 2：00 pm，bit late，but check out is 11：00 am，thats too early.
Inconvenient distance from the centre of Kota Bahru.
The voucher for television is end up before the time of check out and the signal of television is poor.
Refuse to print the recept for claim purpose.

Called the hotel to reconfirm my booking and the person who answer was very rude.

Not the cleanest place. I don't really like Kota Bharu and would never stay more then one night while going to Perhentians. The staff English skills are poor, except for one guy, this cause problems because taxi wasn't booked for either early flight or early boat departure.
