Fantastic hotel, very clean. comfortable stay.Everything inside the room is great,I don't usually use hotel's towel & blanket but this time I didn't hesitate to use it 'coz it look so clean & new. You are welcomed into the hotel by a 'Welcome Home'. Surprised but after staying there, How fitting!

Mahkota Hotel is always our choice whenever we make a trip to Malacca. It is a very family friendly hotel and we like it very much. However, the hotel should put more effort to upkeep the rooms and some of the staff are not so friendly but if your are lucky enough, you will be entertained by those staff who are so friendly and customer oriented.

The check in staff were very friendly and helpfull. The location of the hotel is excellent with only a short walk to the main attractions of Melaka. The grounds and facilities of the hotel were great , my kids loved the pool with the water slides.

the room was comfy and wasnt too expensive. very satisfied with the location with pahlawan, mahkota, taming sari, river ferry and jonker all in walking distance. room in the 3rd floor could get a little bit of sea view as well which was awesome. 4/5 for the bathroom, hair dryer was provided as well. overall a very satisfying stay. -

Also there free pick up transport according to the timing given or you can pay RM10 to n fro to jonker if different timing. Even their pick up is late, willing to call and inform.

The speed of the check in, no hustle. It was a smooth transactions. - My wife and I were very impressed with the cleanliness of the room. The facilities in the hotel quite complete. The wifi also available in the room. Helpful staff and with private parking place. Good location also, not too far to / from Jonker Walk. -
Its an awsome place to stay for city trip. The best is dont have to take the car travelling there and here. Its all walking distance... T

1) Thank you letsbookhotel.com for giving us promotion rate below the hotel rate itself.
2) Loves the deco. After night market, we have a nice `lepak' time at the lobby reading newspaper and watch football.
3) free breakfast was great (baked beans & porridge the best of all)

Strategic location and near to Melaka city. Really like the hotel environment especially the reception lobby. Hotel room is really nice an modern with a unique lcd tv can adjust front and back. The room is quite clean and spacious. For a 3 star hotel the price is quite reasonable and worth it. Really enjoy staying in the hotel.
