the staff / owners are helpful and nice and can answer questions about nearby sights or about public transport - you can even check your ferry ticket there good value for money the rooms were clean the size of the room is small but for a short stay okay the shared bathrooms are cleaned every day you have to walk about 50 meters to the beach and about 400 meters to the hard rock cafe and about 200 meters to the next bus station we have taken the bus to the national park (10 minutes) and walked.
όλα τα σχόλια » Excellent location, near the beach (30 meters), lots of services and water activities around. Very good value for many especially for bacpackers. Although the hostel was on a side street, you can reach Batu Ferringhi's main street in a 2 min walk. And if you don't feel like doing anything then you can also just go straight to the beach without the need to shovel your way through local merchants. Baba is lovely as are all the staff! It is right next to the beach and very easy and quick to get to all the restaurants and night market. This is very good value if you just want a bed for the night! They clean the room every 2 days and we used the laundry service, which was very quick and good value. The bus stop is right near Baba's and really easy and cheap to use rather than taxi's!. The guesthouse was right near the beach and although basic, this is the experience we wanted. The guesthouse is run by a lovely family that cannot do enough to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Extremely clean and guests are encouraged to respect eachothers stay so was really quiet and relaxing. Fantastic experience. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We were a stones throw away from the beach and all other major attractions. Really good value for money and although we had a fan (no ac) it was really cool in the room. Staff were wonderful, very friendly and told me great places to eat and see. Location - 2 seconds to the beach and near to night markets. Deck upstairs looks out to the beach and is nice and cool to sit on. The staff are nice. I think they're a family. I wish I could spend time with them. The room was spotless. I wish all rooms had air cond cause Penang is really hot especially in April -June. The location is just perfect. There's no need for us to take a long walk to get to the beach. It's near the cheap hawkers with good food. Friendly owners/staff. Wifi was very useful. I arrived past 2 a.m. in the morning and they promptly checked me in. I had told them by email that I will come late, but did not expect it to go so smoothly. Very clean basic rooms and bathrooms. Staff v helpful and friendly. 30 second walk to best beach on Penang and cheap small food hall 2mins away. (i) Room n toilet is clean n comfortable. (ii) Near the mosque. (iii) Staff is friendly n helpfull (iv) Wi-fi service (v) Near the beach. nice and quiet place, the sea on your door step , rooms basic but fine , nice spot. early morning prayers not all that bad as well,. it was certainly very pleasant, the rooms were clean, with basic amenities eg. air-conditioning, clean beds and toilets. Evrything : very kind family, warm welcome, wifi working well, in front of the beach... Perfect for the price!. Location is good.just a fews step to beach..close to night market. I love the location as it is just beside the beach, and near to mosque where i can know the time to pray. I checked in 4am because of my husband schedule in KL but the owner still accept me. Really appreciate that. The room is clean, and comfy with the value that we paid. I manage to extend my stay period because we want to spend a bit longer time there before get back to KL. I manage to do my own BBQ with hubby at night beside the beach. Really enjoy our own time together. The staff are friend. Rooms are really basic - no decoration or furniture- but cleaness was really appreciated. We booked for two nights, but stayed more. Good location, close to the beach and everything. A special thanks goes to the Indonesian woman working there, always kind and smiling and keeping the whole hostel clean at all the time. *Close to the beach *clean room *close to shops n restaurant (walking distance) *In the middle of town batu ferringhi. the rooms have thin walls so you can hear your neighbors and the shared bathroom the neighbor of the hotel is Mosque + Minaret = loud in the morning and in evening / night. The shower is a bit dodgy, but there is hot water, so nothing really to dislike!. Unfortunately there is a mosque of some type nearby and although some of the chanting and calling for prayers was cultural and in itself a nice experience there were times when it seemed the chanting must be a recording as it went on for hours. A neighbouring issue however rather than the guesthouse itself. Mosque over the back was a bit noisy. I could feel the springs in the bed which made it a bit uncomfortable. For the money that I paid, an air cond in my room would be nice. Otherwise, money well spent!. Aircondition was too small to keep the room cool but it was fine since we spent most of our time outside. The path leading to the guest house had puddles of water and mud from night's rain. Walls very thin so if you hve noisy neighbours be warned you can hear everything!. (i) No tv inside the room (ii) No enough parking space, 1st come 1st serve basis. the bed is a little too soft, but still acceptable. No hair dryer n iron provided. We were stay in share bathroom room.only one bathroom provide hot shower. RM84 for 2 person is little bit expensive no water heater in the room, have to use the bathroom outside room if u wanna take a hot shower only one plug available in room, no multi-plug given, we have to take turn to charge our phone we are not allow to use the kitchen. No television in room No cooking no breakfast. too far form the city. 1. No TV in room - i dont mind actually but my hubby love to watch TV before sleep and let it on till morning. 2. Only 1 plug 3. If i need warm water or drinks, I have to go to their pantry. A bit hard for me, Muslim as i need to wear proper attire just to have a cup of warm water for my hubby's tea times. Blackout at night, but quickly resolved. Imam sings from 5 o'clock in the morning. Very poor farnitured,only beds.
