Budget hotel, Big comfortable rooms, Friendly staffs - able to locate
directions for you during your stay, lifts to the hotel rooms are not in
the lobby, it's outside of the hotel, so more privacy when you enter

a) Location and the quiet atmosphere, Although there's a wedding function going on at the hotel during our stay.
b) Rooms-spacious & excellent views of city.

Very comfortable rooms, staff were very friendly and helpful. The gym was also quite good!

Even though it is an apartment but they do daily housekeeping which I do not get when renting apartments in other places. This gives me a good feeling everyday when I come back from touring outside ... Clean room with clean towels.
And the facilities is as per what it's stated in the website. Very good and satisfying. -

Nice hotel with clean & comfortable room. On a separate note, I had
a bad experiecned with one of the front desk staff while I was talking
to her to complaint that my air cond room was not working when I came
back from dinner somewhere at 11pm. I couldn't continue to talk to

the Manager for taking over to entertain me & has given me a better
room with great hospitality. The next day once I am back from work a
lady man - Love the furniture and atmoshphere of the room. Warmth, luxury, and all promised on the images seen was there. Reliable and consistent services just like other Novotel Hotels Chains brand we expected. Special mentioned to staff here Mr. Rasdy, he was helpful and well-spoken - at least he tought us to speak Borneo language! Trima Casheh

Very prompt responses and services rendered by Mdm Debbie and Mdm Gloria. Apartment and parking securities were excellent. Rooms are big, very clean, and tidy. Couldn't ask for more.
