I would give a strong plus for the location as the apatment is on the main street of the Old Town.In the area there are all these nice bakeries,coffee shops and places to eat-for us it was very important.You can easily walk everywhere without any transport.Also,there is this parking place right under your windows,where you can sefely leave your car in a closed couryard.The apartment itself is cozy,well-equipped,clean and warm.The host greeted us,explained everything,was happy to give us directi. όλα τα σχόλια »
I sayed couple of days ago in Pilies Avenue Apartment.The location is perfect, would be hard to find something more central, all the tourists objects are easy to reach, all shops and restaurants are right on a corner .You can park your car for free in a private courtyard in front of the apartment.The place itself was small, however very clean and practical,with a double bed,all the necessary tools for cooking.Also the host was very kind and friendly.
Nice and romantic little room that is located at the middle of the city. It's sufficient for two.
Great location in the heart of old town! Behind a big (locked) door where you can park your car for free. It's very quiet. It comes with a washing machine.
It was a bit confusing when we were leaving,because it is no reception to leave keys,check-out.But it did not create too many problems.
The apartment was a bit small for a family, but perfect if you come alone for business or with a friend/partner.
There was not a reception and because of that organizing of check in could be a little problematic. But people that rent are very nice and hospitable.
It wasn't very clean, the shower was hot for only 3 min.
Almost impossible to reach by car, it took us about 25 min because of all the one way streets. The owner (she's very nice) couldn't explane it on the phone, because she hardly speeks English.
The 'fastest' way to reach the app: Maironio gatve, Rusu gatve, Latako gatve and turn right twice. Ignore the traffic signs ;-).
Do not choose this apartment if You do not wish to be disappointed:
1. Owner is not friendly;
2. Room quality is very pure - no TV set, kitchen is not equiped as it is required, quality of the bed - kind of second hand choise
3. For car parking You have to pay Your selve.
Pure service for high price!.
