easy to reash, in the middle of town. and lots of good faces arround us. - The location,near to every were. Some dishes in room service is nice,the chef is caring cause for 2 days I did not eat the potatoes third dayhe call asking to change it to teamed rice,

Yet again the hotel proved its outstanding quality. The manager recognised me from a previous stay and kindly upgraded my room to business class suite which was amazing. All the staff are attentive, polite and do the hotel proud! Thankyou for a great stay! -

If you are looking for a friendly place to stay at night while you spend all your day out then this is the right place. I will rate this hotel 7/10.
I stayed 3 nights in Bella Riva, in general I enjoyed my stay and it was the most convenient option for a 3 bed room suite, the location is the best as its few steps from the sea side and few minutes

The location is great, the sea is only a minute walk away and its around 10 mins walk to Hamra street for shopping and restaurants.
The staff were really helpful and the room was bigger than I expected with a balcony.

To begin with, we were really lucky with this choice.location is just amazing.many attractions r surrounding.
The hotel is really clean , very mofern and trendy.

The location was good in terms of accessing the downtown area and the souks. It was a nice walk to Zaituna Bay - which is a great place to eat - and equally nice walk to Germanzie St. Although there were plenty of places close to the hotel to eat. Staff were great in providing helpful advice. Great if you like going to bars till late.

Breakfast buffet and room service food quality were superior.
Asked for iron with ironing table and was provided with one promptly and kept it throughout my 4 nights stay.

- The staff were all pleasant and professional. My flight was at 6 P.M. so I asked for a late chekout and was granted it without any discussion....Excellent

I love your unique swimming pool. Furthermore, I would like to express my personal thanks @ appreciation to Ms.Nadia (breakfast), Ms. Fatima (swimming pool) and Mr. Yousef (ground floor lounge) for their extra care should not only be appreciated but should be acknowledged as well. I am 78 going on 79 with a walking stick and they were kind enough to treat me as if I were their dad or grandpa!...

Lina's cafe at the hotel - Mainly location and the people working at the front desk are really helpfull. What i recommend is the LINA'S Cafe at the hotel. Great place
