This hotel is a good deal price vs. quality in an overall expensive city like Seoul. The Yaksam metro station is 7 min walk and Gangnam alone is worth visiting.
The room is very cool, with modern design and every single thing you might need for your stay, from shower gel to creams that I did not even know what they're for. Add to this clean and comfortable and you've got the perfect hotel in Seoul.

Our check-in at the front desk took less than a minute as the staffs
were well prepared. The front desk responded to our request of baby crib
with super efficiency even at late 10pm! Our whole family including my
young kids of 7, 4.5 and 2 years old simply love this hotel. The room is
huge even for 5 of us to stay and it's so homely & well tho

Very close to the Metro line and shopping centres. Hotel staff were very efficient and attentive. I booked a family room for myself and my two daughters and we were all very pleased with the space, comfort and design of the room. Aveda toiletries were very much appreciated, towels etc were changed every day. some other reviewers have mentioned the alley you have to go through to get to the hotel but it is occupied by local trades families who I found to be very friendly if you bother to speak

The location was great and the staff were really \friendly. The bed was comfortable although their were only two pillows and we like two each they quickly organised two more for us. The staff spoke english and were very helpful with everything we needed help with. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard. Great value for money and in a really goo

Very nice rooms (we had an Executive room), the restaurant is also very good (a bit pricey though). Good breakfast. The spa area with swimming-pool is also nice.

The location is really nice, in a cool neighborhood close to the main attractions of the city but not too crowded or turistic. The manager speaks great English and is really keen on giving good advices. He was really kind and helpful. The room was OK, we spent 2 weeks there and everything went fine ! I recommend this place if you come to visit Seo

Stayed here for a 2 week holiday. Don't let the small alley fool you, this is a top-notch hotel right in the heart of the most prestigious part of Seoul.
The Hotel looks very nice, all the interior is very neat and modern, very clean as well, felt like I was in a very high quality residence.

Staff: The staff was very friendly and explained everything properly -
how to use the laundry machine, how to use the computer, the tv, the
spas, the wi-fi, etc. They even accompanied us to the limousine airport
bus stop to make sure we would find it. They gave us maps of the city
and suggested places to visit. Honestly, top notch excellent service.
Amongst the best services I ever had. Room : The room was very
comfortable, the bathroom had a jacuzzi and sets of cream, lotions, hair
gels, etc.

This hotel is perfectly located in Gangnam area in the business district
and on the direct ride from the korean airline limousine bus from the
airport (very convenient). The staff is very smiley and helpful, hotel
is clean, this is a very good value for money I always saty in this
hotel when I come to Seoul for work and I am never disapointed. -

When we arrived we realized we booked the wrong night, a day later.
Without any problems or extra payments they changed the booking. Very
helpful and nice staff. Hotel is a good deal in Seoul I guess. Good
location, bars and streets around the corner but quiet. Close to metro
station, with little map reading skills easy to find. -

and restaurants nearby. The staff was helpful and spoke English well.
Breakfast was a mix of Western and Korean so perfect for us. Price was
right. Slippers and robes provided free of charge and there was even a
