It's about 10 min walk from two subway stations, 30 min to the center.
The hotel room was clean which was my condition when finding a hotel. I saw many hostels/residences in Seoul and it was difficult to find one that was affordable, nice and clean.
The room was not very big but for a week it had everything we needed: own bathroom, fridge, two big wardrobes and a kettle.
We arrived early and the receptionist let us check-in two hours earlier which we really appreciated.

The price is very good and the location is very convenient. Very far from Cheongnyany station, where the bus from the airport comes. and close to Hoegi station, as well as close (10-15 mins) to various restaurants, shops, etc.
Staff is nice and helpful, they can speak in english well and some also
know chinese. They provided map for guest which is very useful for those
who come for visiting. Room is clean.

The room is quite spacious. Not pricey.
The toilet was leaking after every splashing until we figured out that we needed to regulate it - they didn't tell us at the reception.
The bathroom is quite uncomfortable for Europeans because we're not used to take shower directly next to the toilet - however, it's the Korean style and if you want to avoid that you need to find more expensive hotel (and that still doesn't guarantee you bigger bathroom). It's strange at first but you get used to it. :).
There is no chair in the room, so was little bit difficult to work with my Laptop.

the map not very details even we asked the local people. they also cannot tell us the correct location.
Booked a total of 3 rooms for 6pax. Staff accidentally opened my mum's room door while they were sleeping. We feel very unsecured as we are told not to touch the auto door lock. Location though from the map seems quite near but it is still like 15mins walk with no shopping nearby. Can get a better located place with the price we are paying.
