Perfect location, just a 2 minute walk from Shinagawa station, from which you can reach pretty much any major spot in Tokyo, including the two airports and Tokyo's main station. The room was quite clean, though a bit run down. There was a fridge, water boiler, and other amenities.
Excellent location - 3 min. to the station with trains in any direction, including Shinkansen. Easy connection with most tourist places. Lot of restaurants around for any taste. Nice that small breakfast was included. Free internet in the lobby and wi-fi in the room.όλα τα σχόλια »
We like the free breakfast and the convenient location of the hotel. It was two minutes away from Shinagawa Station.
Very convenient to shopping and travelling as it is just opposite Jr Shinagawa Station.

The room was very small, and the bed really occupied most of it. The window faced the main street and the train station, which meant that the view was nice but if you have a light sleep I don't suggest it, because the almost incessant noise (day & night) will keep you awake. I paid for breakfast but the place was so crowded the first two times I tried that I gave up and decided to eat breakfast somewhere else.
TV only in Japanese, but English translation only for the NHK news.
The check out time was too early for us..

The air conditioning stopped in the middle of the night and so feeling very hot and woke up.
Unfriendly, unhelpful check in desk clerk who told me my valid
Mastercard credit card was not a credit card and insisted on being paid
in cash. He also did not give us the information sheet, so we had to ask
for it later. Also at first did not want to give us the separate rooms
as per our booking. Very unpleasant experience.
