Great location, was accessible to almost anywhere in Tokyo. Even
the outer districts are but a few stations away from a connecting
local line.
The A1 exit of Higashi-shijuku station is literally around the corner.
Staff were friendly and discreet; they also helped us to watch our luggage after we checked out so we could run last-minute errands.
The room was fully-furnished with plates and cutlery, as well as a microwave and mid-sized fridge. I was able to surprise my friends by making them a hot breakfast in the morning.
The location is incredibly convenient. We could see the hotel from the exit of the train station.
I love it because of its convenience, just beside the Higashi-Shinjuku Subway Station. Near Isetan & many food restaurants nearby. Even have Macdonalds just a distance away. It was a perfect accomodations for me & sister.
hotel accommodated our request for luggage storage after check out. The hotel is walking distance to shinjuku station , hence near to everything. A most enjoyable stay there. I would highly recommend it.
It was really near Shinjuku station (15 mins walk) and many other stations that made it easy to get around the whole of Tokyo. The room had pretty much everything you need and was clean and comfortable.
Very reasonable price for an excellent location. I am keenly budget-conscious, but definitely would have to say the comfort and convenience is worth the extra yen, over a hostel.

Location is perfect. 1 minute walking to the East Shinjuku station. Convenient to commute to all the tourist spots. Room is well-equipped with kitchen and bathroom.

Cheap, one bedroom apartment. Actually located in the red light district, but this is no problem. I traveled alone as a single woman and no worries. It´s a very safe neighboorhood.
I recommend to take a taxi from Shinjuku station to the hotel - will be to long to walk.
Near Shinjuku and its department stores and railway stations.Buses nos. 74,75.n 86 stops ab 100m away. Can ride 86 to Harajuku to visit Meiji=shrine n Shibuya to view the Dog statue.Also to Ikebukuro for Sunshine City shopping..Per trip is Y200.

I liked the close location to the red light district and downtown shinjuku, but without being inside the confusion.

The bathroom space is rather small but being Tokyo/Japan, the
constraints are understandable. There were many ambulance sirens going
off past 12am so I would recommend a set of earplugs if you are a
light sleeper.
I'm 5'7". The blanket was small for me, so I slept curled-up. The blanket on the other bed was a different style, so my friend who is a similar height was comfortable and happy.

Of the 3 rooms I booked, only one had wi-fi so my 4 kids always stayed
in our room late at night to avail of it. Imagine 6 people in a small
room! I informed the staff and the complaint was noted down but up to
the time we left there was no wi-fi. Since it is not really a hotel the
sheets and towels were not changed at all during our 8 days' stay
and not once were the rooms cleaned.
Staff can't speak English except only man , but we can speak
Korean with them.
