Guests sleep in compact sleeping compartments. The sleeping capsules at Kinshicho Capsule Inn are placed side-by-side in a common area. Each has a privacy blind and a TV. Bathrooms and toilets are shared, with free toiletries and shared-use hairdryers. Men and women stay on separate floors. From nearby Kinshicho Station, the Akihabara area is a 5-minute train ride and Shinjuku Station is a 25-minute train ride away. The Asakusa area is about a 20-minute train trip. Free Wi-Fi is available at the lobby, and a coin launderette is on site. Luggage can be stored. No meals are served.

This Capsule Inn is in a wonderful location if you want to see any of the big sights in Tokyo; almost everything we wanted to see was a very short train ride, or at most 25 minutes, away. I see a lot of comments about the Women's Bath area being an afterthought, but for an afterthought, it's quite nice, very clean, and incredibly luxurious for a capsule hotel. For the price that you pay to stay at Capsule Inn Kinshicho, the service is incredible. We were met by English speaking staff--actually,.
όλα τα σχόλια » I enjoyed trying for the first time the "capsule"; it's rare to find Capsule hotel for woman and this one is really great value for money. Of course because there's a lot of people in one spare big room, if some ones are noisy and no respectfull you can have some difficult sleep but anyway it's so nice, clean and original that it's really my favorite place for staying in Tokyo ! ANd the common bathroom is so clean, so nice, with a big bath, and shampoo, and all for free ! Towel as well and tea,. What a surprise! The capsules themselves were spacious (coming from a taller girl) and clean. The place itself had a good vibe. The staff were lovely and let us leave our bags there before check in. Free tooth brushes. The onsen and sauna were amazing! Great value for money. A tip for finding it (as google maps made it harder than it should be) at Kinshichou Station take the north exit, head to the main road and turn left until you get to Burger King, turn right and it is on the corner of the n. The staff was really nice. I can speak Japanese so I was able to be helped no matter who was working. Some had good English, some didn't. The bath area's sauna was very relaxing. Our capsules were clean and the personal TV wasn't too loud for everyone. It's big enough to move around and sit up and do your makeup inside. (There's a mirror.) The common room is spacious and the wifi on the floors is good. It was my first time in a capsule hotel, and I really enjoyed the experience. The staff were really friendly, their English was really good and I was very happy to see my name on the welcome board. A very nice touch! The bathroom area was very nice, I enjoyed my first onsen experience too. Location is great and is easy to find. All-in-all, it was great and added to my experience of Tokyo! Thank you!. The 24-hour Sauna was definitely a plus. The location was great, I can view the sky tree on the 6th floor. It's 2 or 3 stations to Akihabara and Suyibobashi (the Tokyo Dome), what else can an otaku ask for? The staffs were very nice, not each of them could speak english, but they could understand what I needed. I may choose this capsule hostel the next time I go to tokyo. + close to train station and asakusa area (10 mins walk) + friendly, english-speaking staff + comfy and clean capsules + Spa is excellent!! + worth your money! + made really good friends Overall, I really enjoyed my 5 nights in this capsule inn and I will definitely come here again when I can. Not many capsule hotels take female travelers, so I was happy to find this place. They also have an onsen-style bath and rock sauna. The location is excellent, close to Kinshicho train station, convenience stores, Tokyo Sky Tree, and Asakusa tourist spots. The best is IMHO the Japanese Bathroom with hot baths and even Sauna, 24h open, for free. Cozy meeting room in front of the reception. Probably the best capsule hotel I have been so far. The mattress were also a little thicker than other places. The staff was very friendly and spoke English quite well. The bath area was very very nice in my opinion! It was of course very cheap and they let me keep my luggage there before I checked in and after I checked out :). The staff was really helpful. When I was having trouble with my bank cards, they went with me to the ATM and helped figure out the problem. There was also a fantastic bathroom with a sauna room too. It is a unique experience to spend a night at a capsule hotel. This one has very nice staff and is conveniently located close to many eateries and a train/subway station. I stay at this capsule hotel often. It offers a great price for solo travelers and is very close to the Tokyo Sky Tree. Love the sauna and sento!. Good place to sleep. Nice bath and nice sauna. The rooms were a fair size (it`s a capsule hotel so of course it`s small, but it was roomy). It`s a good place to stay for one night. The location. bathroom,. Hot bath. As many others have said, there are wifi issues. When the wifi was working, I was able to get it in my capsule, but it often didn't work. While not a complaint, I think it should be mentioned that the bathing is communal. I don't think anyone would care if you wore a swimsuit into the women's bath area, but just expect everyone else to be naked. This is Japan, and that's not an unusual thing here. The lockers where people put inside their valuables... There are so so so noisy !!. The wifi only works in the common area on the lobby floor, however that is a minor downside because there is a tv and bathroom on there anyway. Guests make or break a stay. Some lady decided to get up early, turn on her music and sing along while doing her hair and makeup. There was only one bank in which you could exchange foreign currency into Yen and it took a while to find. Staff didn't know about it. Their PC was pretty old and froze a few times. They should get a new one. The locker's were too small to accommodate my backpack, let alone the other guests who had bigger and bags. Fortunately Japan is a very safe country, and I wasn't worried that the other guests might rummage through my stuff while I was sleeping or in the bathroom. People kept coming in and going out, so it was hard for me to have a deep sleep. I kept waking up every hour. But, anyway, it's a capsule hotel, so I could stand with this. - capsules may become hot. There are no outlets in the capsules to charge your electronic devices, so you have to leave them in less secure areas to charge. The women's toilet on my floor was very small and not always clean. I changed to another place more in the center, but actually, this one close to the JR line was not bad at all!. The mattress inside the capsule was very thin and unfortunately there was no air conditioning so in the summer heat it was difficult to sleep. Some of the other people were noisy late at night so I'd recommend taking ear plugs with you :). Capsule mattress was only about 1/2 - 3/4 inches thick. It could have been a little cleaner. Nothing. Wifi is kind of weak. The mattress had 2 large stains that could be seen through the sheet. I was also given an upper level capsule when a lower level capsule was requested. The place was quite run down. There was no running water in the morning when I was there. Pretty far from any notable tourist attractions if you`re interested in using this as a launching point to see the city`s sights. - No, elevator from 1st floor to lobby which is on 2nd floor. - Some smell in toilet on 6th floor. Should to prepare the private bathroom. - Dust inside capsule but the pillows and blankets were clean and good - Toilets were old and dusty, no soap - Wi-Fi wasn't working on the capsule floor and there were no sockets for charging inside capsule - Very tight storages for bags. - no proper conditioning, so very hot to sleep, must open the capsule - in some capsules does not work radio, clock - bad that capsules are separated between men/women (for man) - poor wifi if one wants to connect inside of capsule - in men's floor (3rd floor) many of bathroom facilities not fully functioned (like sinks, cranes). While close to a subway station, this hostel is very far away from the city's hotspots. This is a big problem for going out at night because the subway closes at 12 and the hostel is 45 min from Shibuya. The environment was also not ver social. there is no lift to the 1 floor need to carry your bag up and down, the inventar is a bit rocked down but functional. If you are out in central TY after the last subway, it will cost a fortune to get home. No chargers in the capsules. Bit too hot. Not enough space in the lockers for big bags (backpackers). The bathroom was not so nice (one squat toilet for the whole floor). The lockers were way too small so I slept with my suit at my feet. The aircon didn`t work, so it can be stuffy. There is no lift to the second floor. Very small lockers, not on the same floor of the room, staff doesn't speak english at all, no sound insulation from the capsule ( just a light curtain separates the capsule from the hall). broken computer, no access to internet,.

The front desk is located on the 1st floor. DIRECTIONS: From JR Kinshicho Train Station, take the North Exit. Cross the street and go 1 block north and 2 blocks west. The hotel is on the corner, next to the small real estate shop and opposite the small parking lot. An accommodation tax per person per night is not included in the rate and is to be paid directly at the property. Guests arriving after check-in hours must inform the property in advance.
