Located in the Tsukioka hot-spring area, Shiratama no Yu Kahou offers simple Japanese-style rooms with traditional garden views and public indoor/outdoor hot-spring baths. Guests can swim in the indoor pool or refresh in the sauna rooms as well. JR Toyosaka Train Station is a 25-minute drive away. Free WI-Fi is available at the lobby. The air-conditioned rooms feature tatami (woven-straw) floors and Japanese futon bedding. A flat-screen TV, a fridge and an electric kettle are included in each, while Japanese Yukata robes are provided for all guests. A DVD player can be rented for in-room use and the en suite bathroom comes with toothbrush sets. A private reservable hot-spring bath is available if requested in advance and guests can sing their favourite tunes at the karaoke rooms. Traditional multi-course meals are served for dinner and a buffet with more than 80 dishes are available for breakfast. All meals feature local Niigata ingredients. Shiratama no Yu Kahou is a 30-minute drive from Suntopia World and a 40-minute drive from Niigata Airport. Free parking is available on site.
