I like the fact that when we had some last minute change of plans, the receptionist helped us instantly in cancelling the last night of our stay (we stayed for 5 nights) as we opted to go to another city for our last 2 days. I would also like to thank the receptionist who assisted me in informing the staff of the next hotel of our arrival. The hotel is incredibly convenient to the JR Nara stop. After checkout, we were able to leave our bags, rent some bikes from the hotel, and bike around the city until our departure later that day. Great way to explore the city (although close to Nara park it gets a bit too crowded to ride the bike).
όλα τα σχόλια » The room was very comfortable. The hotel has a public bath inside the hotel, which turns out to be excellent after a long day of walk in the parks and around town. Furthermore, it is really located at one minute from the JR train station, which is excellent we you arrive or leave by train. The location, cannot be better. Close to Sanjo, where you can enjoy all kinds of food. JR station, bus station, international market are just down stairs. And u can rent bicycles here, the frontdesk also help me send my postcards. Very friendly and helpful staff. Large clean rooms. Very centrally located, just next to the jr trainstation, and only 3-4 minutes walk to the main restaurant street. It is convenient located just by the jr Nara station. Like most of Japanese hotel, it is very clean. Room size is little bit bigger than what we expected. A lovely hotel and very progessional the only thing they did which we did not like was their breakfast buffet for 17 00per person. easy way in which we were greeted and booked into the hotel, and given all the details about the hotel also the maps and area. Very nice accomodation for fair price. Best stay in Nara!. Very convenient location to the walking street. The quality is quite good which helps us a day tour in Nara unforgettable!. - perfect location right next to JR station; - walking distance to main tourist spots in Nara;. great location. Not all the staff members can speak English. With 4 to a room, we were incredibly cramped. They gave us a sofa bed and cot next to the 2 twin beds, and there was a foot-wide hallway of walking space in the room. Also, breakfast is not included, so it is not particularly a budget option. The Japanese restaurant for breakfast is too expensive compared to the hotels in Kyoto and Osaka. No wifi in the room, only in the lobby. Free Wifi only in Lobby. It is not by the famous Nara Park. Bathroom is small. See above. Pillowsthat is all we could find wrong. I guess this would depends on the person, but our bed mattress was too hard for us. Nothing. the rooms are small. Restaurants very expensive. very poor wireless. Hotel dining facilities were expensive. Windows non-opening. The Roma was hot... No late check-out : I did request for late check-out at about 2 p.m. - normally at 11 a.m. What their response was to pay 30% of daily room charge. Crazy!!. room facilities especially the bathtub and carpet is too old. - price compared to quality was little high; - not really a 4-star accomodation;. it's a very old hotel i assume, the smell in the room is horrible, and facilities are quite outdated as well.
