  We had a 4people room for only 9.000yen which for Japan is really cheap. This room was not such a luxury, so I would never recommend to stay there for about 30.000yen (the price which is originaly listed as the regular price for this room). Quite well conected with Shin-Osaka (shinkanse - Good location for Keihan Moriguchi train station. Friendly and helpful staff and clean, comfortable rooms. Reception and restaurant recently improved plus a new coffee shop attached to hotel.
