The room and the bed were a good size for a single room, by Japanese standards. The welcome we received on our arrival was really great, especially Mr Saido who was very helpful and immediately assisted us even before us asking. The concierge was also very helpful when we were checking out, and it was good that they could communicate in English.

It was a lovely hotel with helpful and friendly staff. We had a room
with three beds and it was comfortable for three people. It was very
clean and all the extra tolietries were a nice touch. The location was
great just blocks from the subway and trains. We used the subway and
train our entire trip it was so convenient. I definitely recommend this
hotel for business or leisure.

This is a big hotel. Located very close to Iidabashi subway station.
Once we figured out the subway - in a day or so - this was very
convenient. We were in and out a lot catching the subway from Iidabashi.
There is a very nice bakery in the hotel. There is a Starbucks and a big
7-11 across the courtyard - actually in the next building but for all

Everything maintain very well and we are very happy that we stayed in
this hotel and we love to stay again in this hotel. I want to pay
special thanks to the hotel staff , everyone was very helpful and very

Excellent location, efficient check in and check out, free wired and wireless Internet in the room, helpful staff, compact room but with everything you need, large TV in the room, comfortable bed and pillows, good quality duvet and bed sheets, very quiet location, walking distance to 4 metro stations, convenience stores around the corner -

The hotel staff is very kind and speak English well. We stayed 4 nights with a semi-double room, although room is small, it's OK for Asian.
If you forget to bring your skin care product, don't worry, the hotel provide you KOSE lotion, emulsion and facial cleanser for free.

This was our favourite Hotel during our Japanese trip! Our room (situated ot the 17th floor) was spotlessly clean, equipped with everything we needed and the view was just gorgeous. The staff was really helpful. Tokyo station is reachable by foot (without luggages) accrossing the park, but reachable with metro in 15 minutes using the red and purple (Hanzomon line), the station name is the same (Hanzomon). It's a nice place to enjoy your trip!
Besides the hotel a charmous, typical restaurant to taste japanese Style food.
Nearby a Suidobashi station you can eat good em cheap fast food.
They have laundry service, wi-fi and "takyubin" to send baggage to our next hotel !

Considering Japan Style the room space was small but enough .
We don't know about food, because we didn't taste -
Superior king room (24 sq meters) was comfortably furnished, with
excellent bed and pillows. Location is close to Suidobashi jr station,
one of the minor and less crowded lines, just 10 minutes from Shinjuku.
Tokyo Dome and LaQua spa and onsen are just behind the station. Good
service from conceirge who got me a seat at the famous Kyubey restaurant
at Ginza weeks before I arrived.

The hotel was very good. The room was small, but bigger than what I
usually get in London or Paris. Everything was in order and very clean.
The staff is very attentive to the guests and more than eager to help.
Unfortunately they do not speak very good English if at all, but this is

The location is a big plus for toshi center hotel,it is only less than
5min walking to nagatacho st, there is also family mart accross the
street plus a really delicious chinese resto beside family mart. The

We really liked the hotel and we would totally recommend it. It was situated centrally in Tokyo so it is with easy reach with the JR train to the main parts of the city like Shibuya or Shinjuku. The hotel is very clean and new. I heard bedrooms in Tokyo are small but this one had enough room for us, bed against the wall but 2 big suitcases opened

Very comfortable hotel with excellent staff. From Reception onwards its all very polite friendly, helpful and comfortable. Breakfast for the price is very good, very convenient location not too busy just nice and quiet and very easily accessible to Shinjuku and Shibuya. Rail Station is just a hop step and a jump away. Post office, bakeries, seven eleven, eating restaurants are within walking distance. Staff excellent and helpful in getting around Tokyo.

Glamorous hotel with a massive shopping area downstairs. Staff were prompt and polite and the room was good. Location is great with trains going to shinjiku only 4 stops away, or the sky tree 20 minutes or so the other way. The hotel is currently undergoing some renovation on the elevators so commuting to the ground was a little slow. If you have

deluxe room main tower Sakura blooming in garden, on way to train
station and Yaezakura in back hotel. All staff courteous and greet,
offer to help. Like live jazz music and hamburger Liked comfy space
of Main Tower room and bed, large closet and bath. Handbags helped
in bathroom.
