The room and the bed were a good size for a single room, by Japanese standards. The welcome we received on our arrival was really great, especially Mr Saido who was very helpful and immediately assisted us even before us asking. The concierge was also very helpful when we were checking out, and it was good that they could communicate in English.

It was a lovely hotel with helpful and friendly staff. We had a room
with three beds and it was comfortable for three people. It was very
clean and all the extra tolietries were a nice touch. The location was
great just blocks from the subway and trains. We used the subway and
train our entire trip it was so convenient. I definitely recommend this
hotel for business or leisure.

Definitely not my first stay at a five star hotel but Tokyo Palace is indeed one of the best I have experienced. Attention to details is key to Palace hotel, try and you will understand what I mean. -
Customer relationship is very good.

Excellent stay. Rooms are spacious et very well furnished / designed
(had a Premier room and an Executive suite). Service and staff are top
notch. Food at Nadaman is excellent - worth 2 Michelin stars Swimming
pool and spa facilities : exactly what you would expect from this type
of hotel. Location is very convenient to discover the different area

Compared to other Five star hotels in Tokyo that I have stayed in, Shangri-La Hotel, Tokyo is the best so far. It has a wonderful and convenient location, a luxurious and comfortable room. The service levels were the best, every staff catered to my every problem, they even accompanied me to the train station to help me out.
I would recommend this hotel to any traveler visiting Tokyo!

Glamorous hotel with a massive shopping area downstairs. Staff were prompt and polite and the room was good. Location is great with trains going to shinjiku only 4 stops away, or the sky tree 20 minutes or so the other way. The hotel is currently undergoing some renovation on the elevators so commuting to the ground was a little slow. If you have

deluxe room main tower Sakura blooming in garden, on way to train
station and Yaezakura in back hotel. All staff courteous and greet,
offer to help. Like live jazz music and hamburger Liked comfy space
of Main Tower room and bed, large closet and bath. Handbags helped
in bathroom.

We were highly impressed and enjoyed every moment of our stay.
Lovely efficient staff, gorgeous huge stylish rooms, extremely comfortable beds and linen.
We booked in for the last 3 nights of our trip and couldn't hope for a better ending to the trip.
The 4 subway lines at the bottom of the building were great for exploring everywhere.

This hotel is the second best I have ever stayed at, only being surpassed by the Burj Al Arab in Dubai. The staff were fantastic, I have never been served by more attentive staff at any hotel. The room was fabulous, we were given one on the top floor with an awesome view, the amenities in the room, everything was spotless and clean. The breakfast was great, eggs cooked to order, delicious smoked salmon, and again fantastic staff. I would not consider staying anywhere else if I were to visit Tok

We love this hotel, it was very clean, comfort, convenient and well-trained staffs. Little quiet if compare with the other big city's location but we prefer staying at this hotel. The interior decoration is very unique and charming with white and classic styles of color, the bed is so comfortable, we do recommend this hotel for our friends, family

Up to now the nicest hotel I sayed in Tokyo.. Amazing location close to the Emperor´s Gardens, Ginza and Tsukiji Fish market. The concierge took care of everything I asked - gave all infos, booked tickets, arranged for transport. Very well equiped rooms with funny colonial charme.

The staff are excellent. Impeccably courteous, of course, friendly, and
helpful. The room was spacious, and had two views, as it was a corner
room. One overlooked a nice garden. It was quiet and restful, yet
convenient to subway stops and really nice and (seriously) inexpensive

shops on the streets near the hotel, so you're in no way hostage to
the hotel -
The Hotel Okura is well maintained and a traditional Japanese atmosphere. The Staff is super friendly and courteous.
Bed was comfortable, the bathroom, small but clean and with everything you might need. Very clean in general. Decoration of the Hotel is a minimalistic Japanese style.

Superb and convenient location with train station just next to hotel.
Shopping malls and eateries are everywhere around. Room was very
spacious and clean. Called house-keeping for child slippers for my
daughters and were delivered within 10 minutes. The house-keeping staff
took initiative and delivered not only slippers but also additional
towels

The hotel's great location above tube station and next door to the limousine airport bus, just so convenient. Staff incredibly helpful and friendly, always going the extra length. The Hotel is in a less crowded area of Tokyo and therefore very quiet in the nights. It is only a two minute walk to the Onarimon Metro station and three stations away from the Ginza area. The limousine bus from Narita also stops at the hotel so airport transfers are easy. There is a convenience store in the basement. -
