I booked this hotel because of its good reviews and after staying there for four nights, I can say that I'm not surprised that it is rated so highly. In this price range this hotel is perfect. - Good location. The hotel is near Harajuku station, Omotesando and Meiji Shrine. Despite of not be located in the major street there´s a sign pointing the hotel direction that makes very easy to find it.
- Wonderfull staff! They were very nice and helped me a lot. Specially one of the employes helped a lot teaching me ho to go to Kawaguchiko.

I stayed Tobu Hotel in the midst of March 2013 with my mom and my elder brother. I strongly recommend you this hotel in that I absolutely love to its very satisfied location, clean room service and comfortable atmosphere.

Hotel is about 7 minutes walking from Shinjuku Station and in front of Tochomae Subway Station. Most of the staff speak English.

It was the cheap option for a central location to Shinjuku. Observation level of govt building is across the street. You can walk directly to Shin via a subway or take the street. It has many eating options within the hotel should you wish to stay in house. Rooms are small and typical Tokyo style but do the job. Foreigners info desk were really helpful in all matters.

It was a clean hotel very well located. We subsequently stayed at a hotel further away from Shibuya station a few days later and missed the convenience.
As expected, like all rooms in Tokyo (that come at a reasonable price) it was small, but very manageable.
Once again - excellent location!

I liked how close everything was to this hotel. There are a lot of restaurants, stores, and 7-11 and Family Mart, which is a must if travelling in Japan.

This was my first visit to Tokyo and I stayed in a twin room on 12th floor with my son who is 22. The staff were wonderful. The rooms were basic, good shower and Japanese bath. the location is good, there is a free shuttle bus with specific timing from the hotel to shinjuku station. If you miss it you still can walk there in 10 mins. The counter staff there is friendly, especially the slightly board shoulder guy, speaks perfect American English and he is very helpful and sincere in answering all our questions. We are very thankful for that.
