Best feature is Location, smacked across the street from jr Hakodate
Station, Boni-Moriya Department Store ("downtown") famous
bakery Don-Q, Snaffles, Muji department store and Morning Market, where

for city sightseeings.
Wonderful local restaurants only walking distance. Ask hotel to give restaurants list for local people, not for foreigners. The food will be
typical Japanese style, not only for money saving.
Shopping for local goodies next to the lobby if anyone does not have enough time to go shopping somewhere else

Location. Just beside the fish market n station.
The room comes w kitchenette living room. Very spacious unlike most japan hotel room
its come with a jacuzi which auto refill water at 42 degree like onsen. Superbe!! Have it everynight

overall one the best hotels I stayed in Japan so far -
After a minor problem we where conducted to a suberb room, extremely well conceived, a room not only big, but with a wonderful view from the living room and the bathroom. The kitchen is fully furnished, we had breakfast in the morning sitting in a very nice veranda. An Hakodate is a place to visit. Finally, the hotel is extremely well located, in between the station and the historical district.

The bus stop for shuttle to Hakodate Airport is just in front of hotel entrance, and that's very convenient. I really appreciate the room upgrade given. It was a pleasant stay! -

It is a very cosy, comfortable hotel. The onsen is superb with great
view of the city. The massage is also great, skillful staff and great
value for money compared to other 5-star hotels that we have stayed in
Japan. We got a room with a huge bed and tatami space, there were
enough beddings & space for 2 adults and 2 grown up children
(althoug

is rare in Japan. The staff are friendly and helpful although only
speak basic English. -
Th location is good, walk to Mt Hakodate rope way is around 20 mins. The hotel itself is next to the red brick warehouses.
