As with most Japanese service industry workers, the staff could not do
enough for us. We stayed the night we arrived in Japan and again the
night before we left. The location was ok. -
Cool place. Mix of tradition and modern Japan. Nice walking distance to subway, adjacent to business and conference area.

We reserved a standard double room for 2 nights and upon check-in we
were told our room has been upgraded to the superior room on the 27th
floor without any extra fee! Absolutely a very pleasant surprise. The
room was great with all the facilities, and it's very spacious
compared to Japan's standard. The lounge on the 27th floor was just
lovely. Location is also unbeatable: it's steps away from jr Osaka
station and subway Umeda station.

I'm very shocking with the fact that this hotel is official hotel for universal studio. The price is very affordable. The laundry is free. Everything is great. -

We had a 4people room for only 9.000yen which for Japan is really cheap.
This room was not such a luxury, so I would never recommend to stay
there for about 30.000yen (the price which is originaly listed as the
regular price for this room). The location is good in terms of coming

Really close to Universal Studio, and next to Universal city station. It'll be a perfect place to stay if you want to go to Universal Studio. Many shops around the hotel, really convenient. The room is spacious. Easy to go to Osaka or Kyoto.
You can come early, leave your luggages at the lobby, and the hotel will deliver your luggages to your room

The view from our room was just so perfect! Universal Studio was so near we can see the whole park from the wide window. We can also see how beautiful Osaka is . But of course we love the Spa!!
The rooms are spacious , clean and have wide windows. We hope tocheck in at the same hotel next time we go to Osaka if possible the same rooms!!!

The best hotel we stayed in and the best all round value. Right near the station and Universal studios. Big room with views of either Osaka Bay or Universal Studios. Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and our room looked out over Universal Studios which was great! The hotel is located very conveniently and close to Nankai Express train (express train to Kansai airport) so you do not need to take any taxi. Also it is in the centre of shop and restaurant area. The rooms were large and comfortable. There was a great stereo in the room with an ipod docking station. The internet was free and had the option of both wired and wireless. The hotel was in a fantastic location. There is a direct train from Namba station to Kansai Airport (Osaka's main airport), and takes about 50 minutes. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel itself is out of this world. I was expecting something good, but my stay there far exceeded expectation! Great room, great bed and amenities; duck down quilts!!! Felt like 1000TC covers. Staff are pretty fluent in English.

Hotel with great location, just 2-3 minutes walk from Dotonbori
restaurants and nightlife and all the endless shopping arcades. The room
was very clean and everything felt new and inviting. Room size was
enough for our 2 suitcases and bags so we didnt have any complaints at
all. Breakfast was ok but we didnt feel like it was worth the money.

The Front Desk staff were very courteous and helpful, especially on my
group's check-out day. We had a group of 16 adults with 16 bags and
had to transfer to Shin-Osaka to catch our bullet train to Nagoya. I
believe his name was Mr. Sakaguchi who called for a quotation for 2

Right in the middle of everything - we called it "Crazy
Street" - bright flashing lights, very noisy but hotel has lovely
quiet rooms with friendly service. Heaps of food places of all price
ranges and good shopping especially at Namba Walks shopping area near
trains. Taking Exit b21 was very easy to find the hotel. Interesting
quiet areas nearby. Easy to catch trains everywhere including Kansai
International. Never seen so many young people as at Dotonbori area both

Room is very big and loved the traditional Japanese room style. Location
is near Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori and there is a direct exit from the
subway to the hotel building. Staff were friendly and helpful and left
luggage is stored securely (they keep the luggage inside their office
and give you a claim number). Also, it was raining when we stayed there
and they lent us umbrellas which was another plus

Excellent location,easy access to train & subway station, to the Kuromon fresh food market, shopping arcades, lots of good restaurants around. Very friendly and helpful staffs. Location is exceptional, very near to Takashimaya, Dotonbori, Kurumon market and more. By taking Exit 4 at Namba station, follow the pathway leading to Takashimaya and walk towards Namba Park the cross the road, will get you to hotel. Discounted tickets to kaiyuan Aquarium and Hankyu tickets to KIX are sold at the reception. Staff are polite and helpful. We had a great time there and best of all, there is s washer cum dryer in the apartment.
