If I could give La Torre 6 stars for staff & location, I would! Signora Lucia made sure she drew us up a complete tour tailor-made to our available time in Verona, along with excellent recommendations for gelato, dinner, etc. She is an absolute gem. Everything about the B&B was perfect. In the heart of the old city, the B&B is ideally situated just off the main shopping street and only a few minutes walk from the arena, Piazza Erbe, Romeo and Juliet's houses. The B&B rooms cannot be faulted. They are furnished to the highest standard and with great style. They are well equipped down to the tiniest detail! Breakfast was outstanding and nothing was too much for the adorable Signora Lucia. A truly amazing stay. We will return!

We were given a twin room, but when we asked for a double, they had no problem changing it. The double we were given was like a suite - very nice indeed. Staff were very friendly and helped us work out train times and book taxis. - Good value. Great location. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were courteous and very helpful.

The set-up is a bit weird, there is no actual hotel lobby. Instead you
are given keys by the staff of the Ippoppotamo restaurant.

Where to start? This hotel offers 5 star service. The people here would have to be the friendliest in Italy. They go the extra mile to help with a smile on their face. our family stayed at Opera Relais De Charme for the second time and it was amazing as the first one. The Staff are very polite and helpful.
