Imaginatively decorated, modern rooms with all facilities and great comfort/style. Really nice staff. Excellent breakfast. Brilliant location for railway station, Arena, old city and centre, with all attractions, and yet quiet. The room was very large, comfortable, furnished in good taste and very bright - the fridge and kitchenette, and the fact that they provided clean towels and cleaned the room even though it was an apartment.

Where to start? This hotel offers 5 star service. The people here would have to be the friendliest in Italy. They go the extra mile to help with a smile on their face. One even drove us to the nearby shopping centre as we are not keen on driving. Very nice hotel! Very clean, very helpful stuff. The lady on reception is amazingly nice. She pointed for us on the map all the best places to eat and enjoy a glass of wine. our family stayed at Opera Relais De Charme for the second time and it was amazing as the first one. The Staff are very polite and helpful. The room is very clean and completed with all facilities that you may need. When you step out of your room you can hear classic music remembering you why you are there.

We had two apartments which were both very spacious. We wanted to be able to cook in a couple of nights and that proved easy to do. The concierge provided good information about local facilities, bus routes and local food shopping (would suggest these should be in a folder in Italian, English and German in each apartment. nb buy bus tickets at the local Tabak - cheaper than on the bus!)

We liked the beautiful house and the welcoming atmosphere. We stayed three days and felt sad to leave this special hotel. The breakfast was the most civilised we have ever had in a hotel. I liked everything about the hotel Aurora.
My room was perfect with a view of the piazza, the bathroom big enough and the breakfast out on the little terrace was just beautiful.
The staff were friendly and very helpful and talk about location location location. The hotel is close to all the sites and some realyl great shopping.

Great place and great host. It's close to Verona (10-15 min drive)
and a great value for money. My room was large and of high quality. The
hotel is on a farm, which immerses you in nature and quiteness, but
still a very short ride away from the center of Verona. The host was
extremely friendly and always available to help you. She gave me very
valuable advice regarding Verona, restaurants, parking, etc. Easy to
find, even at night, using google maps.

Great apartment in nice area, great location - bus stop across road and taxi only 10E. We had a car & found the location easy enough to find- car parking no problem onsite. The apartment was really spacious and comfortable. Staff were fab, really helpful.

We found Park Hotel Elefante at the last minute and I'm so glad we
did. We arrived late and were relieved to find that the hotel had a
restaurant where we had a great meal at a reasonable price. Location was
just outside of Verona and was extremely peaceful in comparison. Staff
were more than friendly and helpful and would recommend the hotel whole
heartedly.
