The room was very large, comfortable, furnished in good taste and very bright - the fridge and kitchenette, and the fact that they provided clean towels and cleaned the room even though it was an apartment.

If I could give La Torre 6 stars for staff & location, I would! Signora Lucia made sure she drew us up a complete tour tailor-made to our available time in Verona, along with excellent recommendations for gelato, dinner, etc. She is an absolute gem. Everything about the B&B was perfect. In the heart of the old city, the B&B is ideally situated just off the main shopping street and only a few minutes walk from the arena, Piazza Erbe, Romeo and Juliet's houses. The B&B rooms cannot be faulted. They are furnished to the highest standard and with great style. They are well equipped down to the tiniest detail! Breakfast was outstanding and nothing was too much for the adorable Signora Lucia. A truly amazing stay. We will return!

The set-up is a bit weird, there is no actual hotel lobby. Instead you

Where to start? This hotel offers 5 star service. The people here would have to be the friendliest in Italy. They go the extra mile to help with a smile on their face. Very nice hotel! Very clean, very helpful stuff. The lady on reception is amazingly nice. She pointed for us on the map all the best places to eat and enjoy a glass of wine. our family stayed at Opera Relais De Charme for the second time and it was amazing as the first one. The Staff are very polite and helpful. The room is very clean and completed with all facilities that you may need. When you step out of your room you can hear classic music remembering you why you are there.

We had two apartments which were both very spacious. We wanted to be able to cook in a couple of nights and that proved easy to do. The concierge provided good information about local facilities, bus routes and local food shopping (would suggest these should be in a folder in Italian, English and German in each apartment. nb buy bus tickets at the local Tabak - cheaper than on the bus!)

We liked the beautiful house and the welcoming atmosphere. We stayed three days and felt sad to leave this special hotel. The breakfast was the most civilised we have ever had in a hotel. The apartment cannot be more central! It is amazing, cozy and very posh. For those who are thinking that some hotel can be better because of a restaurant or support from a reception are wrong. When you go down stairs from the apartment there are a lot of restaurants for any taste plus the guy Julio who is meeting guests is better that any receptionist in any hotel. He is helping with everything and if you call him he can be there any minute;) thanks a lot for an amazing stay;)

I liked everything about the hotel Aurora.
My room was perfect with a view of the piazza, the bathroom big enough and the breakfast out on the little terrace was just beautiful.
The staff were friendly and very helpful and talk about location location location. The hotel is close to all the sites and some realyl great shopping.
