This villa has a swimming pool with an external area equipped with tables, deck chairs, sun umbrellas and a private parking lot. There is also a big barbecue, a gazebo made of chestnut wood with a long table where you can taste the typical Neapolitan pizza.

The villa is close to shops, restaurants and bars, the train station (Circumvesuviana), the bus station and the port (from where you can reach the islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida as well as Naples and Amalfi.
