Their suggestions and assistance on everything from selecting tours to handling dirty laundry made our time in Siena fantastic! Our room was immaculate and spacious. She let us have our choice of rooms after showing us the options. The rooms were clean and quiet with very comfortable beds. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this BandB again to our friends.

  The staff was super nice and hospitable. They waited up for us to arrive after midnight! The room and bathrooms were clean. It was very close to the Sienna's city center and parking was included and accessible. The fresh pastries were delicious and warm.
