We stayed 4 nights. Had a lovely service from Daniele, who was making and delivering breakfast to the room, always with the smile.
Apartments are in good condition. Location is just next door to Vatican museum, 5 minutes to Metro line A, and generally Rome center is not big, you can get easily to any main location by foot.

Location was tranquil, the rooms were spacious, the availability of a kitchen to cook - Staff were excellent, as was proximity to small convenience store and public transport, some cheap but good eateries nearby. Not too far away from the city centre, and definitely excellent for trips to St Peter's. Plus the rooms were huge, bright and clean.

We stayed at the hotel from 27-31.08 in the ECRU Room.
1. The room was great , very clean with nice balcony , mini bar and all that you need. Our room had a bath tub with water jets witch was great and very relaxing after 12 hours of walking in Rome.

The Hotel provided an outstanding view of the Vatican from our balcony. The location was withing easy walking distance to the Vatican. The Staff spoke excellent English and made sure that every question was completely answered. An excellent breakfast was delivered to your door at exactly the time requested. An excellent bar (cafe) was across the street providing sandwiches, pizza and drinks. Staff monitored the entrance 24 hours a day. An elevator allowed easy access to upper rooms.

We stayed in the apartment which was really lovely and completely seperate from the b&b. located really close to the Vatican and on top of the 64 bus route to get from the main termini station easily. The lounge was made up with a sofa bed and the bedroom was a really nice size. -

We thought that the hotel was great! The stove in the room was handy and the rooftop terrace was perfect for eating dinner or for drinks at night. Although small, our room was very clean and comfortable. - the stuff was very friendly and willing to give you any info.

Well located hotel at decent price--some 10 mins walk to metro, which bring you to main attractions in 10-15 mins. Neighborhood is quiet and less touristic. Good places for eating around. Place is very clear, they make up rooms daily. WiFi is available for free. We got a kitchen in our room, which was good. -

This was our first trip to Rome and thanks to Vincenzo (the owner of this resort) it will not be our last. The room was very nicely decorated and looked like it was recently refurbished with a fine working aircondition, which was a life-saver in Rome's 38 degrees August heat! Bathroom excellent. Room cleaned every day. Espresso machine, free of use, in the common kitchen. Possible to cook breakfast or lunch on gas stove. Balcony with view over the Vatican roofs and towers. The family suite is excellent... It was 3 adults and 2 kids and we hadplenty of room... The room had a kitchen but we didn't use it, the roomhad everything!!!! The area is great, though close to Vatican, still very local and
friendly with local people around, shops and restaurants/pizzerias.
Just 10 minutes to Vatican entry, about 7 minutes to metro, around 25 to
Termini by metro. The staff is splendid and always happy to help and
consult or assist. A very good choice, specially when you live in the
