  The staff, especially the morning Receptionist, was very helpful and accommodating.   Its great to know Rome, you really can't be closer to the center, 5 mins fron the Spanish Steps, 15 mins from Piazza Venecia, 25 mins from the Forum, Coliseum and Palatino! A collection of cafes in the streets near the hotel. Very cosy rooms, big bathroom. Alessandro very friendly!! You can walk everywhere from this hotel very safely!! This is a guest-house consisting of half a floor in an older building, not a hotel, so don't expect hotel services. The location can't be beat and the price is right. It was one of the few places I could find in central Rome that had American-sized king beds.

  The staff was most courteous and helpful. The hotel was a short walk to Villa Borghese, the principle point for my visit to Rome - Location just outside of main tourist area but surrounded by many restaurants and theatres was excellent. Local transport to all areas was also good. Staff very helpful at all hours.

  The hotel manager, Andrea, greeted us personally and issued a map with all the suggestions of where to go and where to dine, what to do and what not to do. Furth - I loved the fact that it is a small hotel, and the service is personalised, flexible and very friendly. It is very quiet, there is not a lot of coming and going, and the rooms are quiet, comfortable and relaxing. Beautiful bathroom and toiletries with a lovely big bath. Fabulous! It is also a short walk to the station, which was a big advantage. It is close to the metro, and if you like walking it is an enjoyable walk to most attractions.

  We were 8,9,10 April 2011.Everthing was perfect, breakfast reach and very good, clean, comfortable and not expensive to be in Rome and the most important Samantha and Nicoletta where very polite and helped us a lot htey left their mobile phone to be called at any time!

  Claude is a wonderful host. He made me feel very welcome. The rooms where small but confetable and clean. The B&B is located very close to the Colloseum and other important sites in Rome. - Great location, walking distance from Colosseum, Roman Forum, Metro stations etc. Good restaurants nearby.
