We stayed at Piazza Di Spagna for three nights and then returned for another night after travelling to Positano. The location is perfect, within walking distance to most of the tourist sites, the Metro and villa Borghese which is a great place to take the kids. the room is spacious, clean and modern. The staff were very helpful, polite and courteous. They had a lot of local knowledge which was very helpful. The breakfast provided had the most variety I have ever seen served at a hotel. And they were all very tasty and of a high standard.

Location is great, right in the heart of Trastevere....yet it is so quiet inside the house that one could think this is not in Rome. The Owner is an interesting lady who keeps the place in a perfect way.

The staff was very helpful - from booking our airport transportation to
making suggestions of which sites to see. Marta's suggestions for
booking ticket attractions in advance was extremely helpful and saved us
from waiting in long ques. -

The service was excellent. I was was ill the first day of my stay and the staff went to the pharmacy to get medication and even offered to call in a doctor. Breakfast was great and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet so if ur looking to relax after the many tours then this place is for you. -

It was very convenient to get to the Vatican City while the Metro is

Our first impressions where rather low as the area the hotel is in has a rather dodgy feel. We think the place is actually a regular office place/flat and they have turned it into a one-floor hotel. However, the people running the place were extremely lovely and welcom

Really pleased we chose to stay here for our 2 nights in Rome!
It's a 2 minute walk from the metro station. Probably best to print a map before you come because there isnt a huge sign, its a ground floor appartment in a big residential building.
Reception staff gave us a map of Rome, and hepled us plan where we wanted to go and where was best to eat etc.
Great air con, wifi good. Nice shower.
