There is a flat screen TV and the day area is fitted with a large window overlooking the ‘struscio’ of Via Vespucci, and it offers views of the sea, stretching behind the villa standing opposite the house. Next to the day area is the open plan kitchen, fully fitted with dishwasher and electric oven. One bathroom is with shower stall and the other with tub. Fitted with air conditioning and a private garage (with elevator), the flat is ideal for business people and families that want to visit Rimini and enjoy the sea all year round.
