  Very kind helpfull stuff. Nice new furnished and clean rooms. Situated in a silent area, but close to the historical center. - The hotel is brand new and the room is designed in a very good taste.   Our room was at the Biasin side, first floor with great views on the bridge and canal. Newly renovated bathroom, spacious 3 pers. room. Wifi worked in the room too (above the lobby). Considering that it is very difficult to carry bags in Venice and that it is difficult to find someone to help, this is a great advantage. We stayed in a apartment with 2 rooms for 3 people, very spacious, clean and confortable.

  The location of this hotel was superb, only minutes from St Mark's Square. It was very clean overall and the room was very nicely decorated, very comfortable and very quiet. Breakfast was excellent with plenty to eat, lots of variety in a delightful breakfast room.   We enjoyed the use of bikes to cycle into the town. This was the second time we have stayed in the hotel and chose it again because we were so pleased with the hotel, location, pool, welcome and our room. - I loved the bikes they had available! Also the gym. The room was quiet and comfy. The attached restaurant was splendid.

It was large with vaulted wood beamed ceilings. Although it was somewhat difficult to access (up an additional flight of stairs), the journey was well worth it.
