The owner/ operator Anika was awesome. She was extremely helpful above & beyond. She made us feel very comfortable in order to ask her questions or ask for suggestions. The hotel was very close to the train station so we were able to walk there. The buffet was very nice. An excellent restaurant was just across the street and we were easily able to walk the historical Arezzo area from the hotel.

Nice hotel, close to the old part of the city, the hotel has bikes for rent, so you can go to the old part of the city without any problems! We enjoyed the little spa as well. We loved the garden (it looks well looked after) and the staff were very helpful and friendly - we'd like to thank Antonio especially for his assistance with our stay. - We liked its central location, that it has a lovely garden in which you can sit and it is located across from a park as well as very near the train station.

Excellent facility, very nice and customer oriented staff, great views around the house, private pool with possibility of refreshment, good place to start your sightseeing tours for Tuscany and Chianti area (located between Siena and Firenze, few kilometers from the autostradale). Spacious appartments, good breakfast. Wifi was even accesible in the room and for free. This facility is also convenient for families with small childrens, very quiet environment. We definitely will visit this residen

This is the most beautifull villa I've ever been to & seen. This is a perfect place if you stay in Tuscany few days - close to Firenze and Lucca/Piza as weel. The rooms are beautiful (more beautiful then pictures on booking presenting the villa). My room was the smallest one (le coccinelle - abt 20 sq m) but it was comfortable enought, really stylish, beautiful, new and very clean (as the whole villa).
