The room was lovely but the ladies at the front desk made the stay the best -- from mailing my postcards to providing hot water for tea at night. We had DSL in the room which was great. This just might be the most under rated 3 star hotel on LetsBookHotel.com You wont be disappointed in this one. All the staff were great. The area is amazing. Great location. The pools are beautiful. The owner/ operator Anika was awesome. She was extremely helpful above & beyond. She made us feel very comfortable in order to ask her questions or ask for suggestions. The hotel was very close to the train station so we were able to walk there. The buffet was very nice. An excellent restaurant was just across the street and we were easily able to walk the historical Arezzo area from the hotel.

Any closer to the reason why you are in Pisa, would have to be, inside the campanile (that slightly leaning tower you might have heard about) You don't get any better location to the Campo than this. The views were unmatched anywhere we stayed in Italy. The room was huge with a balcony, and nice large bathroom. The staff was friendly and helped with directions and sight seeing recommendations. Breakfast had a nice variety.
