Very close to all attractions even though it is stated in a quite street which is a plus for a good night sleep. Clean room, friendly stuff and It is 10 minutes of walk from the main train station. I would like to note that the hotel is the second floor of an historical building. The rooms are spacious (We had a triple room). The lift is very small

Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience not staying in a hotel chain but an actual unique hotel. It is very centrally located near the train station, all of the tourist stops, plus very near to open markets. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again if ever in Florence. - The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were modern and very clean, internet service was available, and the staff made excellent recommendations for restaurants. The location was outstanding - a block from the Duomo and other major attractions, as well as walking distance to the train station. The hotel was quiet and without street noise. Perfect for families, singles, or couples.

This just might be the most under rated 3 star hotel on LetsBookHotel.com You wont be disappointed in this one. All the staff were great. The area is amazing. Great location. The pools are beautiful. The owner/ operator Anika was awesome. She was extremely helpful above & beyond. She made us feel very comfortable in order to ask her questions or ask for suggestions. The hotel was very close to the train station so we were able to walk there. The buffet was very nice. An excellent restaurant was just across the street and we were easily able to walk the historical Arezzo area from the hotel.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The position is perfect, the outside pool is spotlessly clean and perfect. The reception staff are the most friendly and helpful. My requests were dealt with quickly and effortlessly. Five star rating. -

great place for families, only a short distance from the sea for a great value! Quiet atmosphere with a great pool and all the amenities we needed! Would definitely stay there again! - Excellent location for our needs. Only 2 pans and no kettle though was poor.

This hotel has a very warm and friendly environment, very clean rooms and facilities plus it is located very close to outlets and other shopping malls. Apart from that it is also close to the train station for guests who would like to explore the city of Florence.

The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast had plenty of choice which included freshly baked cake every day. The owners and staff were exceptionally friendly. They went beyond our expectations to make us welcome. The hotel itself was beautiful, food was very good, artwork on display was interesting. Nice staff (Elena was great- funny, attentive and knowledgable). Room had a large bath with a great terrace. Air conditioning worked well. -
