A very nice, clean, modern B&B. The owner Antonella is very friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns about things to see or getting around. The room was excellent very spacious and clean. What made our stay perfect was the owner antonella- such a lovely lady. She was very helpful in what to see and recommended some great places to eat. Location was good easy to get around by bus or walking. Would definitely recommend and would stay again when back in florence.

The resident is very close to Florence, we had a rental car but did not use it because there was a bus station 100m away, took us about 15 min' to arrive florence's center. Moreover the staff was very kind and helpful, especially Fabrizia! Breakfest was nice with good quality materials and the coffee was great(it is Italy after all). The room was

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. The rooms are very large and modern and the breakfast is very nice. The b&b is about 15 mins by car into Florence or say 20 mins on the bus. There is a bus stop just outside of the accomodation. In addition we had a very nice meal at a restaraunt about 400 metres from the b&bB on the main road to Florence which was run by a family originally from Inverness.

The room was beautifully designed and very well equipped and comfortable. The location could not have been better. There was one receptionist who was very helpful (I think he was called Giuseppe). And the breakfast was outstanding (We'd stayed at a few different places in Italy on the trip but this was by far the best breakfast). -

Florence was the last city of our trip to Italy an stepping into Residenza dell' Orafo was amazing. Marta the girl who received us was so friendly and kind, that we didn't have a chance to ask questions. She opened a map and starting marking tourist sites as well as Restaurant recommendations. Perfect night! We got upgraded from the Suite to the Villa and stayed only 1 night. Luckily this was the night the weekly Dinner/Degustation was held and we were able to participate. For 39 Euros we got a good dinner with very good wines (a lot of them in fact) in a very friendly environment.
If you can, stay more than one night!

A wonderful hotel with excellent facilities including a swimming pool and lovely views of Sienna. We got excellent service from all the staff, especially the receptionists and the barman who has a great sense of humour and taste in music. - We loved the friendly environment and felt that this was the best value for our entire 15 day stay in Italy.
