The owner/ operator Anika was awesome. She was extremely helpful above & beyond. She made us feel very comfortable in order to ask her questions or ask for suggestions. The hotel was very close to the train station so we were able to walk there. The buffet was very nice. An excellent restaurant was just across the street and we were easily able to walk the historical Arezzo area from the hotel.

Nice hotel, close to the old part of the city, the hotel has bikes for rent, so you can go to the old part of the city without any problems! We enjoyed the little spa as well. great place for families, only a short distance from the sea for a great value! Quiet atmosphere with a great pool and all the amenities we needed! Would definitely stay there again! - Excellent location for our needs. Only 2 pans and no kettle though was poor.

This hotel has a very warm and friendly environment, very clean rooms and facilities plus it is located very close to outlets and other shopping malls. Apart from that it is also close to the train station for guests who would like to explore the city of Florence.

I had stayed there before, so I knew it was walking distance to all the major sites. The fact that is is just across the street from the train station was perfect for us because we took a train into and out of Florence, so the hotel could not have been more convenient for dealing with heavy suitcases.

I can't say enough about the Orlando Palace Apartments. First, they are actually apartments. You have a bedroom, bathroom, living room, and full kitchen. helping me choose the best option for my 24 year old daughter and
myself. We were able to access the apartment on arrival, which has not
happened at some other apartments I have stayed at in Europe. Numerous
restaurants were in walking distance. Having a washing machine is a real
bonus when one has been travelling for a while. The weather was warm, so
