The group of eight of us stayed at the hotel as our last stop before leaving Italy to bid final farewell to Tuscany. Set on the hillside of the area, the hotel offers comfortable rooms,perfect views and decent facilities. The dinner cooking was wonderful although the breakfast was a bit light. We certainly enjoyed the stay.

We spent one night on the way to Elba. Fantastic Tuscan views, peace and total relaxation on the go. Maybe a little hard to get to the destination. I would recommend for people who like detachment from the crowds. Near the 20 to 30 km two wonderful small and charming towns. Good restaurant. Highly recommended for a relaxing break or stopover. -

The room was great with everything you could need and was overlooking the valley and Volterra.

The accommodation was cosy, more spacious and comfortable than we expected and the heating was already on when we arrived so it was nice and warm inside. It was also very peaceful all around. We had a fully equipped kitchen to ourselves, although without an oven.

Everything. The room was small with no air conditioning, but very comfortable with a nice ceiling fan and a view from the window to die for. The owners and staff went above and beyond for us, and will always be remembered fondly. This is one of the best places we've ever stayed. There isn't a single thing that needed to be improved. Everything was excellent. The surrounding area was a delight with lots of places to explore like Poppi, Stia and Consuma. The bigger draw cards like -
Wow what an amazing place. It is very remote in the Tuscan mountains but just what we needed after a few days in busy Rome. The nearest shop is a 20 min drive away. But we loved it as it was so peaceful and relaxing. The owners are so friendly and make you feel at home. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable only downside was no oven but we managed. My kids 2 and 7 loved the pool, the playground and the wooded areas with a tree house. Poppi castle is well worth a visit we traveled to F
