Hotel staff were so very friendly and helpful.
Interior of the room was really nice. Equipped with a Safe, Refridgerator which contained free bottles of water, electric kettle a choice of teabags.
Night were very quiet and peaceful, we were not disturbed by any noises.
Bathroom was very spacious.

Out of all the different options we had, we (3 friends) chose an apartment managed by Biriola Holiday - mainly because of the huge number of positive reviews. We traveled to Cala Gonone as a young couple and found Residence Biriola very easy to find. Upon arriving we were greeted by Bruno, the elder statesman of the residence, who was quite simply charming. He took us around, showed us the garden at the back and told us we could help ourselves to the fresh herbs and chillis. We appreciated the perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness of all the staff. They kept going the extra mile, always carrying a smile to make us feel welcome.
The room was very well appointed, clean and comfortable.
However, the highlight of our stay was the superb dining experience combining well presented delicious Sardinian specialties with classy service in a pleasant atmosphere.
I almost forgot, the hotel is excellently located, right on the white sand beach.

I really liked the location even though you need a car to get around. There are very good restaurants nearby, great sandy beaches.
I liked privacy in the appartments, they are well equiped (except for missing bed sheets and towels which you have to pay for). Generally this is a quiet place for relaxing vacation. -

Despite of its location, the hotel is trying hard to be posh and contemporary and somehow creates its ambient separate from the outside world. Everything! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful and the Spa is simply amazing! The general quality of the accommodation was excellent, the gardens beautifully maintained and the location between town and beach perfect. Breakfast was generally good but even though most of the guests clearly came through a UK tour company, local cheese instead of processed packets would have been appreciated. Most guests seemed to thin it was perfect.

All the staff my wife and I met we're very friendly . Carmelo looked after us and was very helpful and friendly. The room and patio area were very nice with a good view of the coast. The pool was small but very nice. We had a nice selection at breakfast and a good choice for our evening meal. Overall it was a very nice 3 night stay
