lovely room, exactly as described, clean and well-run. We were there only for a night but it was the ideal arrangement. We were so pleased. - The staff was really always ready to help and did everyting to satisfy our needs. Special thanks to the Reception team!

Excellent location, beautiful lake view and friendliness of staff compensate all inconvences of staying in a hostel. The idea of suggesting barbecue to the guests on Saturday evening was brilliant.

Well it's hard to describe or to draw clear line between positive and negative things in this hotel. So I'll start from biggest advantage - place. Perfect location, from hotel it's 2 minutes on walk to Milan central train station. The best thing there terminates airport shuttles, so you can be on time even for early morning flight. Dear Friends , Hotel Florida is a 3 Stars hotel . Very friendly and
helpful staff . Specially the last day I had a problem with my credit
card , it was miss understanding between the bank and letsbookhotel.com , I
thought I was charged twice , luckily the reception lady was very
patient and she solved my concern . The hotel is clean , bathroom is
just perfect . I couldnt rate the bed quality because I was so exhausted

I loved my stay at central hostel Daniella and family are truly excellent hosts they go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and have all the information needed for your daily outings and help getting the cheapest options to do so. They show you supermarkets, point out all hotspots around the city that are worth a visit.

The hostel owners and daniela were the most friendliest staff i have ever met. And i have been to many hostels but they never meet up to this one. She treated me and my romates like family, we hung out together and the whole experience was unforgettable. The rooms were clean and cosy and although the hostel is not so easy to find at first, it is actually easy. U just get off at loreto station andthe hostel is just 5mins walk. It was very conveniently located to go to the Stadium and very near to public transportation, the staff was helpful and friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean, very quiet at night. -
Well run, clean and friendly establishment. Good transport links with the centre due to the QT8 metro and the 90 bus.

This is a newly renovated and lovely furnished hostel, almost a hotel. Excellent and large rooms and bathrooms and a communal kitchen which is well outfitted for cooking. There is a nice BBQ area in the backyard. The next door osteria belongs to the same owner and serves excellent food. -

The hostel was very clean and walking distance away from all the sights. The man from the desk gave me a map with all the sights on it which helped. I stayed for 2 nights and for the 2nd night i was alone in a 4 bedroom female room which was nice to have some space but all the ladies were lovely that were in their previously. I felt safe here and
