Luigi was really helpful. He didnt charge us the late check in fee and gave us extra blankets which we didn't even use because the room was really warm in that snowy Milano night. The lady who runs the place was very friendly and spoke excellent English. Even though we arrived late, she was there to check us in. The residence is located in quiet and peaceful village. Not very touristy which was great. We walked a lot but I guess most people would drive. Great location with a lake view and mountain walks in the area. Will go

A very nice view from the terrace (lake and mountains). The apartment has a separate living room, bedroom and a kitchenette. We also liked the swimming pool. And the staff was always helpful and friendly.

Lovely stay - we had the room pictured, which had great character and was spacious and clean. Good location for metro, neighbourhood drinks, walking distance to major sites. Breakfast is small but very fresh and you can sit outside and watch the world go by. The staff in the restaurant below deal with check-in and any questions and they are very

Very neat and clean apartment with great views of the lake and lovely, expansive grounds. Has all facilities for self-catering and 2 supermarkets within easy walking distance. Washing machine in basement with drying racks also very convenient. After staying in hotels with meals provided it was nice to cater for ourselves, plus cheaper too. -

We had a perfect, relaxing stay. The room was lovely and always very clean, the views from all windows/balcony were amazing, as were the views at breakfast and sitting by the pool. The pool was kept very clean and quite cool, but perfect for the hot weather. The gardens were gorgeous when we were there, the lavender everywhere was spectacular.

The staff was extremely nice. We arrived late in the evening and even if the restaurant was about to close they still served us a very nice dinner.

Mantova is an incredible city to visit, for its art, history and palaces. Staying at this Palazzo continues the artistic and historical experience.
