Everything. From the moment we booked, we were treated like first class clients with an introductory email sent to us to thank us for booking, asking us if there was anything they could do to help. We really loved the warm welcome from Uta and Francesco, quite
overwhelming! Nice little upgrade to the junior suite which overlooked
the quiet rear courtyard. We were offered eating suggestions for Bergamo
and a little map, umbrella incase etc. Just so helpful in everyway The
location of the hotel was ideal walking distance to city alta .Fantastic
views and nice little bars/restaurants.

The hotel was very nice. There were lots of facilities including cooker, crockery, cutlery, washing machine, dish washer, sitting area, dining area, sky tv. We only stayed the one night therefore too many facilities for a one night stay. Would have been better with a bigger bedroom for the short stayers. Location is ok, about ten minutes walk

Staff is very polite, excellent service, we had the car to the slopes
and return, free of charge in 2 minutes after calling for this kind of
service. Brilliant service, very good people around, breakfast is really
good, double Italian espresso were always offered including the best
strudel in the world. Rooms were cleaned 2 times a day, free mini bar.

We had the most memorable stay in a wonderful hotel. I loved the accommodation. Both the living room area and bedroom had patio doors leading to a balcony overlooking the lake. Standard of accommodation exceptional, we had a suite with private terrace which was worth the extra cost. Hotel staff helped with making recommendations for dinner then making reservation for us, which was helpful as many of the good restaurants were reservation only.

Couple/small dog Freiburg - Everything, the staff, room, breakfast, and the restaurant was first class, we had a meal on our wedding anniversary at the restaurant over looking the lake, it was perfect. we wish we had eaten in the hotel restaurant more than we did as we went to a "touristy" restaurant that was expensive and the food was awful.

No change from last year. Still a fantastic location and a really beautiful hotel. The owners and staff really made every effort to make our stay memorable and suceeded. The perfect combination of a 4-5 star hotel (for the parents) with a child-friendly environment. The diner formula is simply the best I ever encountered. - We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were very nice, with fantastic views of the lake and mountains, and the hotel was very child friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel.
