Costantino was a very welcoming host. He went out of his way to help us
with transportation. He made reservations at a local restaurant within
walking distance (da Abate) which prepared the best fish we have tasted
(also well-priced). . The accommodations were very clean and

The Nest was a fabulous find, right on the lake, true you do go to sleep listening to the waves lapping on the 'beach'. Gorgeous lakeside terrace, great breakfast, easy access to local excellent restaurants and lovely owners! Tino and his wife are excellent, relaxed hosts who are always ready to help, or assist with travel solutions. Lovely B&B in a stupendous place.

We loved the proprietors of Le Rêve, Paola & Valentina. They were so welcoming and helpful. We came to Sirmione with a large group that were staying at the Grand hotel to celebrate a 40th birthday party. Location is right in the heart of the historic centre. Beside many good restaurants and the ferry boats. Spotlessly clean! Lovely themed rooms with lilac featuring heavily but worked well. We stayed in Audrey which has balcony over looking square and you can see the lake as well. The day we arrived was a Sunday and we had been advised to come early due to the cycle race and the Harley Davidson rally. So glad we did as Simione was filled to capacity! Beautiful living rooms for guest use - probably the nicest B and B I have ever stayed in. The hosts were charming and very helpful. Our room was excellent with a large bathroom and every comfort. Fabulous! There is certainly magic at Rossosegnale, from the moment we
entered the front door. Everything had its rightful place in the house,

The flat we were in had 2 rooms, Our room was excellent: it was newly refurbished, very clean and with a new bathroom. From outside the other room looked as good.
The owner was extremely nice and helpful. He gave us a lot of pointers and made us feel very much at ease. He also prepared the breakfast for us and it was good, but of course not as good (mostly in terms of variety) as you'd get in a 4* hotel.
The location is also very good. It's 1-2 minutes walking from Porta Venezia subway station,

Ilaria was very helpful and made us very welcome. There was a choice for breakfast - either made for us or delivered for us to accommodate our schedule. The location is directly in the old town which is very convienent in a beautiful street. It's right in the centre of Como.
When the tv didn't work it was fixed same day.
