We were delighted with the welcome we received by Proprietor, Luara. on arrival and from then on with the friendliness of all the staff. Our room in the Villa, overlooking the lake,was a sheer delight, and to receive a cheery greeting each morning entering the dining room started the day off with a swing. All amenities were very good. I had read on a review that WiFi was "crap". This was not the case at all. We have recommended Villa Torretta to two friends and we only arrived back in Australia

I can't imagine a better team to run a b & b than Donatella,
Giulio and Maria. Not only are they warm-hearted, humorous, always ready

We loved our stay here. After an initial confusion on our Gps which sent us to a different Casazze about 2hrs further South we were quite exhausted on arrival and our hosts couldn't have been more welcoming.
The B&B is very spacious, clean and well appointed - one note, we couldn't find wine glasses, but other than that everything about the rooms were what we expected for the price. Very family friendly.
But the real pluses for us were the location and our hosts.

Even though we arrived late at night,we loved the spacious, clean room and it's elegant atmoshere! And because we had to catch an early flight in the morning and we wouldn't be able to have breakfast, Carla ( the owner), brought us in our room a tray with juice ,biscuits, yogurt . with perfect bed, tv with prepaid canal, breakfast were much better
(cheese, yougurts, corn flakes, milk, coffe) than usually in Italy (cake

Everything was brand new - it looked like we were the first to use the room (No6). The room was at pavement level but the window was double-glazed so kept what noise there was on a quiet street to a minimum. Great location - 15 minute to the train station and city center by
foot. Quiet street and no noise inside of the hotel. You are getting
the keys and in the evening returning by yourselves to the hotel like
to the apartment. Staff was very helpful. Also that was surpise for us
that the owner of the hotel is speaking Russian. We was able with her
help to find out the way how to get to Lake Garda and then to the
Malcesino sity on it.

I like that the place is more a family house than a hostel itself. It has all the facilities as a hostel, but the staff is a nice couple who also live there.
The room is perfectly clean and comfortable. -
