Great Concept, unique design, very friendly people, new hotel. We arrived late and had a warm welcome. The kitchen prepared food even late for us. There is a garage. The wellness area is brand new and very nice. Good breakfast in the sunny garden. We absolutely recommend this hotel. -

The location is spectacular - our room had a balcony overlooking the lake - wonderful.
The evening meal was memorable with the"help yourself" brandy/liqueur/malt trolley totally unique! -

I stayed for 4 nights with my Fiancé. The reception Staff are excellent, so helpful and greet you each time you enter the hotel. They advised on the ferry times and good places to visit. The hotel has a magnificent position close to the town centre, the jetty
for ferries on Lake Garda, the monuments in towns, and various eateries
within a few minutes' walk. The staff were very welcoming and
attentive. The room (246) faced the lake. We upgraded to a suite, which
was well worth it (for the extra few euros it cost)

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and the bathroom was good...the shower and all the facilities worked well. The hotel was in a very good location for the lower city and I liked that we were in that area buut near enough to walk to the citti alta. We would come back to Hotel Arli again. Fantastic location next to poma lift, plus the rooms were very modern including the bathroom, always hot water, unusual for Italy! Good car parking. The ski locker facilities were also of a high standard. The evening meals were a little limited on choice, but good portions were given, never left the dinning table wanting more. -

As always our stay at the hotel was perfect. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. The new Lakeside walkways and seating promenade are first class. It is actually nicer to spend the evening here than in Lecco! -
