Excellent place in the front of the lake. Wonderful view. - The hotel Europa was lovely the staff were very approachable and helpful, some spoke english but others were very sympathetic to our attemps at their language, - Wonderful location and very warm welcome.

Especially the staff in the dinning room. I have to have special food
and was told to tell them what I wanted to eat and they would fix it for

The hotel is in a splendid position about 5 minutes walk from the centre of Bellagio. I t has a great backdrop of the lake; free parking;The rooms are roomy and well equipped with good beds and bathroom is modern.The staff were animated and friendly and seemed to enjoy being there (the end of the season was approaching) The restaurant , although pricey did offer a good choice but wines are expensive. Breakfast was more than adequate

Great Concept, unique design, very friendly people, new hotel. We arrived late and had a warm welcome. The kitchen prepared food even late for us. There is a garage. The wellness area is brand new and very nice. Good breakfast in the sunny garden. We absolutely recommend this hotel. -

The location is spectacular - our room had a balcony overlooking the lake - wonderful.
The evening meal was memorable with the"help yourself" brandy/liqueur/malt trolley totally unique! -
very modern and nice room and bathroom with balcony, fantastic view. great restaurant and wounderful very friendly family service. great for motorbikes too.

It's family run and very welcoming and helpful. If you don't speak Italian they speak French, English and German. Wonderful views, cool terraces and the rooms cleaned every day. - It was a beautiful area and the staff was very friendly and accommadating.

I stayed for 4 nights with my Fiancé. The reception Staff are excellent, so helpful and greet you each time you enter the hotel. They advised on the ferry times and good places to visit. This hotel offers everything from fantastic service to quality of rooms and food. The lovely girl on reception couldn't do enough and even ran up the road in front of our car (it was only a 2 seater car) in 36'c heat to show us where to park as they had a special market day on and we couldn't get near the hotel - nothing was too much trouble, onl

In my opinion the fact that there are so many shops and duty free places adds a negative side to the place, it is too overwhelming with all the shopping and for me the nature got a bit lost at the price of the shops -
