We had a lovely large room with a window overlooking the lake. The self serve breakfast was excellent and plentiful- if weather permits there us a terrace overlooking the lake to take it on. Very nice and efficient staff at the front desk, which is curiously inside the restaurant.
Very good restaurant at the ground floor, with good food (from the lake and not only).
My room was actually the best, with the balcony directly to the lake.

We arrived on a Sunday with the local equivalent of Mothers' Day in full swing plus about three first communion family parties. In spite of the pressure on the family run team, our early arrival was treated very efficiently and helpfully. Hotel is the highest point on the mountain, so views of the lake and mountains below are breathtaking! Accordingly the road driving up to the hotel, was steep and winding - not for the faint-hearted driver.
Owners are friendly and breakfast was very nice.
Surrounding town of Viconago is well-worth a visit

The best hotel i have ever been. Very clean ,nice new decor, parking available.Very nice garden and swimming pool area. Although the front of the hotel is uninspiring it turned out to be comfortable, clean and good value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The Hotel is very clean, the rooms are comfortable and we had supper in the restaurant which was very good and not too expensive. They have a lovely garden to eat in and it is just a short walk to Lake Como.The service in the Restaurant was a bit slow but they were very busy and all the staff were very helpful. We would definately stay here again.

The location is excellent, just a minute or two to walk maximum from the town centre and all its amenities. The terrace where you can have lunch and dinner has a wonderful view of the lake. Quality of the evening meal was good. The location is probably the best thing about the hotel.
