staff was cordial and helpful especially Carlos, Benjamin and Javier. I forgot to ask the lady's name and two other guys. The room was kept clean. We returned for 3 more nights after touring Florence and Venice. Hotel is Clean, with friendly staff who are always ready to help.
Breakfast was of very good quality and of enough quantity.
I liked my single room with private bathroom.
Price is resasonable for the excellent location & Clean condition.

Very clean good hotel,the metro very close,in front of chinese restaurant lunch buffet 10.90 & dinner 19.90 ,supermarket.Closer parking free places.Breakfast in hotel it's jam cruassans coffe lavazza,butter. -

Everything was perfect! Really kind, friendly, helpful stuff. Nice

We had a lovely large room with a window overlooking the lake. The self serve breakfast was excellent and plentiful- if weather permits there us a terrace overlooking the lake to take it on. Very nice and efficient staff at the front desk, which is curiously inside the restaurant.
Very good restaurant at the ground floor, with good food (from the lake and not only).
My room was actually the best, with the balcony directly to the lake.

The locations was great for us. We needed to be at Linate Airport very early in the morning and travel time was about five minutes. Staff was super helpful regarding restaurant recommendations, directions and making a reservation for a taxi at 05:00 for us. We arrived on a Sunday with the local equivalent of Mothers' Day in full swing plus about three first communion family parties. In spite of the pressure on the family run team, our early arrival was treated very efficiently and helpfully. Hotel is the highest point on the mountain, so views of the lake and mountains below are breathtaking! Accordingly the road driving up to the hotel, was steep and winding - not for the faint-hearted driver.
Owners are friendly and breakfast was very nice.
Surrounding town of Viconago is well-worth a visit

Location to Loreto Metro was great - it's also near Central station but it's only two stops on the metro, so we didn't walk. Loreto has two metro lines so it's easy to get around Milan.
Staff were really nice, breakfast was good, with cereal as well as sweets on offer.
Our room was spacious and shower was good.

I liked the fact that the staff was very considerate. They served us
breakfast before time, since we had to leave early, on more than one
occasion. The room and bathroom had all the basic necessities and
toiletries needed for a good, budget-friendly stay for a few days. The
location was good since it was close to a taxi stand, metro, restaurants
and a supermarket.
