Our 4-day stay in Rome was amazing thanks to the great location of the B&B and our priceless host, Massimo. All the major sites (St. Peter’s Basilica, Vatican Museums, Colosseum, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Navona, Piazza De’ Fiori, Piazza Spagna etc.) are within walking distance from the B&B, so you are not depending on public transportation

Our host, Mossimo, was incredible! He gave us great advice and
information about seeing everything that Rome had to offer. The location
was amazing! We were close to the Vatican and within walking distance
for most of the spectacular sites! We only took a cab to the Coliseum
because we were at the end of the trip and a little tired. The
breakfasts were delightful with amazing pastries, breads, fruits, meats
plus the best cappuccino and espresso around! The price of a week's
stay is unbeatable.

We loved the fact that the guesthouse was so well located. Centrally
located, yet outside the cauldron tourist trap that is the Spanish
steps/Trevi fountain location. The fact that we had our own fridge -

Our stay at St Peter's was fantastic. The staff are brilliant, even offering to look after our bags for the afternoon after we had checked out so we could spend some extra time in the area. When we returned to collect our bags, they offered us use of the bathroom facilities and a refreshing drink. The breakfast cakes were amazing, and the fridge stocked with complimentary drinks, yoghurt etc, plus the cookies and snacks available in the kitchen for guests, were a really nice touch. A great

Pretty much everything. The room was very well turned out, with a lovely balcony, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Anita and Marcello were excellent hosts. We arrived a little early from the airport and our room was not ready. A very nice breakfast was provided even though it was after the 10 am ending time for breakfast. The room was spacious and spotless and had a very nice bathroom and comfortable bed.
