The Owner is an interesting lady who keeps the place in a perfect way.
Room are spacious with a large bathroom. The guest house is on the 3th
floor of a old nice building. It is really nice and you will have the
feeling to be in house more than a Hotel. It is safe and well located.
In front of Hotel you will find Salsameria, go there for Breakfast

The place has street car parking and the facilities clean and comfortable. The room with balcony is very refreshing with quiet surrounds. Roberto is very hospitable and helpful. We were positively surprised when we saw our room, it was much bigger than any ordinary three/four stars hotel, everything was clean, nicely designed. We arrived late and the owners were fine for us to check in late. They
were both very friendly and gave us lots of info and the best ways to
get around. The hotel is walking distance from the colosseum and roman
forum and is also right next to Saint Giovanni metro for people who
would prefer not to walk. On the day we left we were allowed to keep
our keys until 3 so that we could leave our bags in the room. Breakfast

The location was perfect, walking distance to everywhere. The neighbourhood is quiet, safe at night, restaurants, shops, and the best gelateria just in front of the hotel. Maria was a super nice host. The room was spacious and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place. -

Me and my bf stayed for 3 days/2 nights from 9-11 march 2013. The
place is within walking distance of termini, but in a good area. The
room we got was big, clean and nice with a small balcony. The bathroom
very clean with toileteries and hair dryer, which was essential as we
got under the rain and came soaking wet. There is a seif and small

Myself and my boyfriend stayed at b&b rosmini for 4 nights.
Couldn't have asked for better, we loved every minute of our stay.
The receptionist kasia was more than helpful with all out queries!
Perfect location, situated directly across from the train station so no
lugging baggage around the city. Breakfast every morning set us up or
the day. Rooms cleaned every morning, the place was spotless. Fab
little restaurant outside front door perfect for lunch and dinners. If
we ever return to Rome

The building is wonderful, a tasteful fully restored old mansion with a beautiful view of the sea The staff were very attentive and helpul and the receptionist who is a lovely person spoke good english. Check-in was quick. The guy at reception (Pepe) was friendly and very helpful.
The room was a little small, but it had everything we needed and had an amazing terrace with a sea view. We were brought breakfast to the terrace in the morning which was awesome.
The location is incredible - literally 20m from the beach across the road.

Friendly staff and Fantastic location, Vatican City was only a few blocks away. Rooms were very clean, decorated tastefully with a mixture of modern and antique furniture. Clean, friendly atmosphere ,excellent service. We realy enjoyed staying at Chroma Tessera and definitely recommend it to everyone who wishes to have a comfortable stay at an affordable price. Moreover, it is situated near the Termini Station which makes transport within the city & towards the airport very easy! -
