η τοποθεσια του ξενοδοχείου ήταν ειδυλλιακή για τις εξορμήσεις μας στην πόλη.Πολύ κεντρικό σημείο - Ολα μια χαρά, μόνο που ακουγόταν η φασαρία απο το δρόμο. Κατα τα αλλα ολα ήταν μια χαρά.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Superior rooms were large with nice bathrooms. We walked to lots of major attractions: Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colloseum and Roman Forums were all 15 - 20 minutes easy walk away. Nice and cozy rooms with new modern furniture. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, they recommended very good restaurants in Rome and also helped us find some of the locations we wanted to visit. It's a small place, but very clean and with a good vibe, we felt safe and it was a pleasure to come back after a day walking.
Breakfast was simple, don't expect more than for a typical 2 stars hotel, but we found it enough for all tastes. The rest of the hotel however was much above 2 stars.

The Owner is an interesting lady who keeps the place in a perfect way.
Room are spacious with a large bathroom. The guest house is on the 3th
floor of a old nice building. It is really nice and you will have the
feeling to be in house more than a Hotel. It is safe and well located.

Location is great, right in the heart of Trastevere....yet it is so quiet inside the house that one could think this is not in Rome. Our room was very spacious, clean, nice bathroom, excellent shower. The staff was very friendly and willing to help, they recommended a few restaurants in the area that were very good, great price performance. - This

Decor - modern and appealing
Breakfast was an added bonus, not normally expected in an apartment.

Rome is a great place to visit,we found the Romans friendly people but bad drivers(some insults were transmitted),having rented bikes made all the difference to visit the city,amazingly few people cycle around,the food is great

Don't forget to take enough cash......it is expensive.....

The rooms were beautiful and the tilework and decor were outstanding. The room with the large bed was great- but the twin beds were really too small for adults and the mattresses were too hard. Fantastic view across the valley to the Tivoli falls and beyond to the plain. Good facilities.Interiors baroque and spacious. Internal courtyard pleasant for afternoon tea and drinks. Recommend patio to the left of entrance be used as evening drinks area as the view is great

The location was excellent - just 5 mins away from The Fountain of Trevi and 10 mins away from Piazza di Spagna,,The room though a bit on the small size was nice, comfortable (recently renovated) and cosy..the bathroom was of a good size and also nice ..the staff was very friendly..should i re-visit Rome I would definitely stay in this hotel agai

Great location - close to train station and subway station. Beautiful hotel; large, clean room;wonderful complimentary breakfast in quaint breakfast room. Would book again in a heartbeat! - bedroom size: the breakfast was decent, if only one could have worked out when the eggs and sausages were available!!

We booked a budget room but were upgraded, for a small negotiable additional charge, to a better room which had wonderful views over Lago Albino and facilities outside in which to relax and enjoy the view.
The staff and management were very friendly and helpful; the bedroom was spacious and comfortable with cooking and fridge facilities if require

The breakfast while traditional was superb. The pastries were absolutely
wonderful and were accompanied by your choice of beverages, yogurt,
bread and homemade jam, and a hardboiled egg.
The dog, Lu-La, while a Giant Canne Corso, is a cream puff who loves to be petted and will follow you all around the property but not into any of the facilities.

The staff was really helpful, letting our daughter check in before us when we came on a very late flight. They also were very considerate when we returned early from our cruise and needed to check in early again. - Rooms were excellent and proximity to Airport was equaly as good
