This is a great place to stay. It was very easy to get to and has a beautiful view of Venice. Giudecca is very peaceful, which provides a nice break from the crowds. The staff, especially Luca, wasvery helpful and cordial. Luca realized it was my mother's birthday andleft champagne in the refrigerator. Perfect location, away from thehustle and bustle. Very clean apartment. Stocked kitchen. Easy to takefree shuttle to main part of Venice.

The hotel location is perfect (center of Venice in the nicest area), the room was quite big with air-conditioning and fan. Everything was more than correct for the price we payed for middle of July. The Staff wasoutstanding, and very courteous, the hotels cleanliness and service wassecond to none. Everytime we left the room, we came back and the bed wasmade, and there were chocolates on our pillows, the breakfast waswonderful and the eggs tasted amazing. On a scale of 1-10, I give thishotel a 15!!

The two-bedroom suite was great. The rooms were large and nicely decorated. The bathroom had an additional room with a 2nd sink, so two adults could easily get cleaned up. wonderfull attitude towards customers, friendly staff - Large pleasant room that was spotlessly clean. Hotel was close to the bus and train stations as well as a big waterbus stop. It was quite a long waterbus ride to the centre but if you had a good map it was possible to walk there fairly quickly.
